My grandsons and us enjoyed the heated pool. Parking was great with 4 vehicles with 2 guest passes. House is clean and has everything we need. We want to go back to this charming home.

Loved this house! Bigger than it appears in the pics. Brand new turf around the pool and the best quiet location. They left us cookies as a gift!! I have stayed in Rosemary for years and will be back. We brought our dogs and requested the pool get heated. My daughter swam at night. The beds are so comfortable and the parking is larger than expected and not on the street. The bunk room was perfect for our three teen boys. Great spot!

Our stay was wonderful. This was our first time visiting the area and the location was perfect! We loved the set up of house. There was wear and tear in some areas but that didn’t bother us as the house seemed pretty clean overall. The pool looked nice but was too cold for any swimming while we were there. We did have our dog and took him to the common areas for his potty breaks which was close by - the only set back with that was many ant hills or bees not sure what was going on but it must happen a lot because they came and sprayed for it everywhere but then there wasn’t a lot of options for green space. Overall a great stay!

Absolutely, without a doubt the best vacation we’ve been on! The pool is so nice with some shade throughout the day - we hardly went to the beach! The house was very clean with the most comfortable bed and the hosts were so kind! They kept us updated as our trip got closer, left us a handwritten welcome note and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We’ve staying in many homes in Rosemary Beach and Audrey’s Cottage is our hands-down favorite. The neighborhood is fantastic - close to great restaurants, walkable, quiet and beautiful!We will absolutely be booking here again on our next trip back!

Great stay at Rosemary Beach. House is very comfortable and the location was great! Private pool was wonderful! Had an issue with the fridge when we checked in and Chris was so responsive and had it replaced the next morning. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was very clean comfortable and spacious. Everyone was comfortable. The ample parking was excellent. We enjoyed the kitchen and how it easily it functions, as well as the bedrooms each having access to a separate full bath. Location was excellent as well with easy walk to the beach and shops and restaurants. The four bikes were useful as well. Most importantly very quick response from the management Jennifer and Chris with any question about codes etc. We appreciated the cookies, too.

Our hosts quickly responded to our needs when there was a slight mixup when we couldn’t find the travel crib for my 1 year old granddaughter. Chris came and setup the packnplay with new sheets and it worked perfectly for her. One of the main reasons we chose this house was that it already came with the crib and it was one less thing we had to worry about. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept wonderful although I would agree with another review that the pillows could use a refresh. We loved the pool and weren’t sure we would use it much but we found ourselves using it quite a lot. It was so nice to be able to enjoy it while the baby napped. Everyone was so relaxed by the end of the trip..it was exactly what we needed! Oh..and we loved the ice machine in the laundry room as it easily kept up with our family of ice lovers. The swing on the front porch was quite popular too. Great vacation!

Excellent communication with property manager. There was fiber optic work being done near Rosemary Beach and large area was without internet. Property manager provided timely responses when asked for status. Would stay here again.

The location could not have been better. We drove in pretty late, as it was a very last minute trip. That being said, on spring break, I was surprised I was abel to score such an impressive home. It was a bit chilly, but we had our own pool, which we were able to have heated for an additional daily fee. When we woke up, we were blown away by our surroundings. It's literally like a movie set (I'm from LA). I just couldn't believe how adorable the house, the town, everything is. The home itself came with more than we needed. We even ended up not using 2 of the bedrooms because my 3 kids decided to share the bunk room. That was fun, as a mom, to see. The master bedroom was huge. We had an issue with the smoke alarm beeping, which was resolved quickly by management. They were very communicative before and during our stay. Easy and beautiful walk to the square and the beach. We would definitely stay again. I would note the property does not come with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, so you do need to bring your own or buy them. Not a big deal, but weve stayed in 30A a lot and this was the first place that didn't provide any of that.

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a family of six (parents and adult children) and is dog friendly. It is in a quiet area and right outside the back door is an area to take your dogs out. It’s a close walk to all the shops at Rosemary Beach and to the beach. We had a great Thanksgiving week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful weather and comfortable home. Extremely accommodating owner! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

This place is just as described. It is in a great location. There is plenty of room for multiple families. There is so much to do in Rosemary Beach. The bikes and the pool are a wonderful bonus. Owner was so helpful and easy to communicate with.

This was such a wonderful property in such a beautiful area. The home was incredible and had everything six adults needed. The outdoor pool was great when it got too hot outside and the pool cooled us off. 10/10 would stay there again in a heartbeat plus the home was dog friendly.
