Rosehill is a wonderful summer vacation home located in York Harbor, Maine. Located across the street from York Harbor Beach, this lovely property will be a wonderful place to spend a week or two relaxing at!

This large rental, perfect for generational families to gather, has six bedrooms spread out over three floors, and five bathrooms.

The first level includes a laundry room, half bathroom, beautiful new eat-in kitchen, pantry with coffee and tea station, sitting room off kitchen with bar area, large dining room with gas fireplace, family room, den with TV, and one bedroom (king-size bed) with beautiful new en suite bathroom.

On the second floor, you will find three more bedrooms (one with it's own bathroom) and a renovated 3/4 bathroom. The third level is comprised of two more bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.

A large, wrap-around farmers porch makes an ideal sitting area to watch the summer activity (and knowing that you don't have to fight to find parking at the beach), and a partial area of the porch is also screened off. Other amenities include an outdoor shower, gas grill, new covered outdoor patio with seating off the kitchen, firepit, WiFi, cable TV, great yard, all linens included, and plenty of parking space.
