Comfortable space in the town of Mayaguez. I had my family with me and everyone had a a great time. Good sleep arrangements and plenty of space. Kids had fun in the pool.

Our overall stay was great! Our host was very responsive and promptly addressed any issues or challenges we reached out about. Get ready to see cute cats, fast iguanas, and a various amount of wild life throughout their outdoor property! The house itself is very large and can accommodate a large group, comfortably. As a family of 10 it’s hard to find a space where everyone gets a bed, place to hang out, and bathrooms without tripping over each other. This place gave us the space we needed to feel very comfortable! They are in the middle of several renovations/upgrades but are very accommodating and responsive if any challenges arise. The walkable beach is cool to see but wasn’t swimmable for us because of the debris from the rain/storms. But there are several beaches that are easy to drive to nearby. If you are looking to go to beaches, keep in mind that you will have to provide your own towels and chairs. Everyone we met was very kind and made us feel very welcomed! We had a great stay and would recommend this, especially for large groups.

Beautiful & spacious property with only a short walk to the beach. The pool was a great bonus & very clean. We had a few lights that didn't work & minor issues with the locks, but otherwise in great condition. The owner was very responsive.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. They went the extra mile every step of the way to help us make their property beautiful for our daughter’s wedding. Just a short walk to the beach for the ceremony and back to the yard for an amazing reception! Highly recommend staying here!

Super responsive hosts! Lovely house! Not enough electricity for the downstairs as breaker for downstairs was CONSTANTLY blowing and the breaker box is upstairs. Not very pleasant for the downstairs guests.

Having never been to Puerto Rico before, we were little unsure as to what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with this stay. There was plenty of space, very nice amenities along with a fun outdoor space. The pool and cabanas made it very fun for the kids as well as the adults. Very close to the beach, so some went out and enjoyed a jog on the beach. The only thing you have to watch out for is the muddy trail going to the beach. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay. Communication with the homeowner was very quick, professional and had all the answers that we needed. Appreciate it that And it helped us have a better stay with less stress and worries
