Was a very sketchy neighborhood got to the house and was very unclean. We were not able to stay in the house. The owner did refund the money.

Slept all of us very comfortably! Although almost every Uber driver told us it was a bad part of town. The neighborhood was super quiet and we had no issues getting to or leaving the city. A couple things need to be addressed around the home to make it better but comfortable home.

I a have stayed at this location before.The quality and convivence met all my expectations.

Super close to downtown if your drive. The house was not cleaned at all there was dirt every where and ants crawling in the kitchen. You couldn’t set your drink down without them crawling inside. The showers had used mats sitting inside that were black as well and the towels they provided smelt like mildew.

we had a two night stay.. easy uber to everything in nashville. house is very hot in the summer.. it was 90 degrees during our stay so certain rooms were warm for sleeping. overall it was significantly cheaper than staying downtown so it served its purpose. would book again

Great home! Location was good for all yhe things we wanted to do. Easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. Owners were easy to contact and replied quickly.

The furniture is old and not comfortable. There are three bedrooms but the living room seats 5. The kitchen seats 2 on two unstable barstools. The master bedroom has an hvac unit in the room that’s very loud. Overall we were disappointed and it was not comfortable

This property was just fine for the price. Its an older home in an older neighborhood, but

House was really tight and to add very congested with stuff and furniture. A lot of the furniture seemed very unstable which was a little scary. The description said it had two twin bunk beds, that was untrue.... There was only one set of twin bunks. The place says it can accommodate right, but unless you plan to eat out every night, which we could not afford the table only accommodates two and there were no extra chairs or way to extend the table at all. There is a couch pull out bed, but we never did use it as you would have to move the glass top coffee table to pull it out and that thing felt like it weighed three hundred pounds. The bushes at the stairs to get in could use a trimming carrying in stuff was fun without getting plastered in the head a few times. The cleanliness wasn't horrible, but it definitely wasn't the best.... Lots of crumbs and dirt in cupboards near dishes. I didn't need to thankfully, but couldn't find a way to contact the property owner had we needed anything.

Overall this would be a good place to book for smaller groups, thus was nice and especially for how cheap

Property was exactly as described! There was a small miscommunication with check-in but it was resolved quickly and courteously. Would definitely stay again.

It's a nice house and would be a great place to stay while looking for musical inspiration. It has a piano, several guitars, and other instruments to tinker with. The kitchen is more equipped for a small group, but we made it work (we were 6). It's a corner lot and the neighborhood seemed a little shady, but we had no issues so it's probably fine.

We came for a swim meet right by Vanderbilt University. The location was convenient for us, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and gracious!! We had an amazing weekend, and will definitely be looking to rebook the next time we have a swim meet in Nashville. I can't recommend it more highly!!

We had an absolute blast. The house was perfect for what we needed, more than enough room for us to stretch out. We loved hanging out in the main room together and spent a lot of time on the porch swing when we werent out exploring Nashville. The vicinity to everything we wanted to do was great and so glad there was parking right in front of the house. Overall it was a fabulous stay and we loved every second of it!

This was a great property if you dont need anything fancy. We loved the price and location. The king bed we slept on was soooo comfortable.

Cut short.... no one was comfortable, too hot, not enough beds for 7 Adults. We booked 4 nights could only stay one. Owners were nice and accommodating but house was too crowded with 'stuff' for all of us.

This a an adorable place , I loved the unique instruments, and the whole house was very clean. Would go there again!
