Stayed Jan 4, 2026This is an excellent home that is clean and well furnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas and plenty of play space for the children. Its location is ideal being opposite a park and a short walk to the beach.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Everything was great. Very well equipped and clean. A good size house with plenty of room for us, 4 adults and two young chidren. Comfortable and plenty of toys and games for kids and adults. In a great location near a park and only 5 mins walk to beach. Host communicated well.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We stayed for 2 nights. Location perfect as we needed to be near the Busselton Netball Association Courts for a competition my 12yr old faughter was competing in. Communication was quick and the owner was extremely accomodating. Would definitely stay there in the future

Stayed May 2, 2025We were a family group, 2 seniors with adult kids. We loved everything about the holiday home; the setup, location & facilites. Michele, the host was very helpful, making sure we had all the information & checking we'd arrived ok. The Busso100 weekend weather was attrocious, but it was a great place to recuperate after & the games room a nice inclusion. 100% recommend this place & will stay again if its available....

Its got everything you could possibly need, is spacious and located in an amazing location with walking access to the beach and jetty. My teenage son and his friends had a great time playing pool non-stop for four days in the games room. loved it all and would definitely stay again. My only one (and small) suggestion for improvement would be for a second TV located in the games room.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The house was perfect for my group of 6. Plenty of bedrooms for us all to have our own space and 3 bathrooms! What a luxury! The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room is just the right size and the games room adds even more shared space. The house is very well equipped and the ownet very easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jan 2, 2025Our extended family have stayed here for numerous Christmas holidays and have been delighted with the space, comfort, proximity to the beach, park, town and shops.The beds are very comfy; there's plenty of seating for a large group; and the pool table and children's 'secret' play room keep the kids occupied.The owners are wonderful to deal with and do all they can to make your stay a pleasant one.

Whilst pricey given the time of year we booked for, we thoroughly enjoyed it & appreciated the communication from the owner Michele.
