This delightful cottage is everything that makes arrowtown so special.
Spacious yet cosy and steeped in history. All modern conveniences in a great location. Part of this cottage was bought down from Mace Town, a historic mining village, extended and modernisd but retaining touchs of history throughout.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Property is aging and is in need of some TLC. Holes in walls that haven't been repaired. Painting on exterior overdue, Garden though pretty overgrown. Broken blind in bedroom. Disappointed in property for the price that we paid.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Really enjoyed our stay in Arrowtown,but would not stay at this property again,was ok but needs to be cleaner and the bedding and towels leave a lot to be desired,they were smelly and the sheets were not even pressed including pillowcases ,not even pillow protectors and the bedding was dubious.The bed in the back room smelled slept in.No point having hand wash pumps that are empty,Linen cupboard was a disaster with wet towels put in with dry ones and everything else just screwedup and shoved in was nice and warm but generally an air of neglect.I think beds and linen in general is the most important thing people look for when staying somewhere

Stayed Aug 19, 2024Amazing little house. Jane was very accommodating. So cozy and great place to stay after a days skiing. Only down side would be the bedrooms could benefit from having a heater in them.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Lovely and larger than expected, perfect location and loved the dishwasher and ease of the heat pump, it kept us cozy. Shame the DVD player didn't work as there were some good movies in the cabinet. Also could have done with an extra roll of TP or 2 as there was only what was on the holder when we arrived. Overall lovely, clean and cozy, we would stay again.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had a great time staying at Rose Cottage mixing in some snowboarding and sightseeing. Arrowtown is a great place to base yourself if you want to visit the ski fields or just chill out.
