Stayed Sep 3, 2025the house was so cute and clean, and within 2 blocks of both the beach! the property managers were prompt to respond, very helpful, and even had the house turned over quickly so we could check in early! it was so worth the price, i would 1000% stay here again!

We LOVED the location- so close to both the square and beach.

Reviewer Comments: We rented sight unseen from 30A Luxury Vacations, and we were extremely pleased with the property and support. The house was only 250 steps from the Rosemary Beach and came with every amenity you could ask for: completely outfitted kitchen, 4 bikes to use, gas fired grill, big screen TV's and the list goes on. We especially enjoyed the private access to the beach with chair and umbrella service and the access four community pools. We were steps from Main Street and all the great shopping and dining. We could not have asked for a better location or rental!
