Roomy beach getaway with plenty of parking and heated pool!

Great place! Convenient location, plenty of room for a large group!

The house was great. We had 9 people in total and had plenty of space and room for more. The owner was super responsive. The pool was great for the kids and the golf cart was also amazing. Super short golf cart ride to the beach. We plan to stay again next year!

My stay had a couple of hiccups the first day but the host was very responsive and helped right away on the situations. I would recommend that they put TV’s in all of the rooms and upgrade the service because the TVs in the King rooms had weak signals. The golf cart was a plus! Pool much smaller than the picture but just right for little kids.

Our family of 8 adults and 5 kids enjoyed our time at this home and had plenty of space to play games, do puzzles, and sleep. We did not cook any meals, so I can't comment on how the kitchen is appointed, but there seemed to be plenty of plates, cups and utensils. There is only one living area space indoors, but with 2 balconies and a backyard with pool (and the under-house space), we had plenty of room to spread out. We loved using the golf cart to get to the beach. Check-in was smooth and the owner replied very quickly to our concern that the previous renters left the pool in bad condition. The problem was quickly remedied and we were pleased. I would suggest bringing your own board games and perhaps extra towels unless you want to do laundry. There are many restaurants nearby and there are multiple beach access points close to the house, with on-street parking plentiful even on a crowded day. Pay attention to the signs though! Drive south a few blocks on the beachfront road to avoid the heavy crowds near the end of Seabreeze Dr; if you go south, it is more residential and there are still many public access points. We loved listening to the birds in the palm tree by the balcony and had a great time in this home. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a big family. Lots of room for everyone on the two floors but lots of stairs to be aware of. It was nice to have a high chair and a pack and play for the toddler in our group! Easy to get to and from the beach and golf cart access was nice. Having our own pool was 100% gold for the kiddos in our group and to cool off in on hot afternoons.

The owners of the establishment communication was great! Checking in and out was great!The location was right up the street from the beach. Having the golf cart was a must! The area had alot of great store around it.We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house and in a great location. Property owner was courteous and had great communication. The golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze and parking was easily available for the golf cart right at the beach. The house is only a few minutes drive to great dining at Murrells Inlet Marshwalk.

Over all the trip was great. The entry lock was messed up and when I notified the owner he had the maintenance man come and let us in and was very fast to respond to our messages. It was a nice home and had plenty of room for all or us and the kids loved the 8 person golf cart. When renting I would highly recommend renting the golf cart also because to walk to the beach it is around 25 min to the beach.

The property was great and in a great location. The house was clean when we arrived. The only problem I had was not receiving the check in instructions until hours before arriving so I was a little nervous but I finally received them and it all worked out great. We had a great time.

The stay met our expectations - a few technical issues but host was responsive to fix. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and well insulated which was helpful since we had families with babies! Pool is much smaller than pics make it look but yard is a good size and god for littles. Golf cart is so much fun. Would recommend!

House was adequate. It was clean, just some dead cockroaches laying around when we arrived and throughout our stay there were more popping up. The house was not as close to the beach as we had assumed from the listing. The house is very close to the main highway so some had difficulty sleeping. Pool was smaller than we thought. Overall, there was enough space for everyone and everything was clean except the cockroaches.
