Roomy 1 Bdrm House-Hi-Speed Internet-Great for Cple/Sml Family-Easy to Get About

Stayed here because it had good reviews and was pet friendly. Unfortunately, this house is smoked in and smells overwhelmingly like cigarettes. All our clothes and dogs bed/blankets REAK now. In addition, the bed frame is broken and squeaks LOUDLY everytime you move rendering it nearly impossible to sleep on. The sheets on the bed also seemed unwashed and full of hair and stains. I would spend the extra money next time and get something higher quality if you value your health and rest.

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. And the host was very good at communicating and very prompt on answering any questions that I had.

Convenient location. Overall very clean, especially for being pet friendly. Although we didn't use the ceiling fan in the bedroom due to the large amount of dust that was on it, we didn't want that to fly all over the bed. The bed was extremely squeaky. There's no door on the bedroom, so if anyone else is there you have no privacy. A sliding barn door, or even just a curtain to pull across would be a nice improvement. Kitchen had everything we needed & overall this place was a good value for the money, we would consider staying there again if we return to Columbus.

I have to be transparent, I was not able to stay on property during my planned stay. The reason I am writing the review is because Kim went above and beyond to accomodate me when I had emergency car issues on my way to Columbus. You don't get hosts that are so kind and willing to help you when things don't go your way. So if you are considering this property, I'm telling you it is worth it. I imagine Kim treats her property like she does her guests. So you will be in heaven!

The house was very clean and cozy

House was exactly what was described. Unfortunately I missed the part about it being a SMOKING house. Smelled cigarettes as soon as you walked in It is in the description I just didn’t see it or assumed everything is smoke free these days. Thankfully weather was good an we opened some windows and cranked up the ceiling fans. By 2 we could barely smell smoke. Again this is on me for not reading better. The house had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get into Columbus Neighborhood was quite Kitchen had everything we needed including coffee to get us going.

The place was great! Everything is as pictured, it was clean. Even has a bidet, a good one. Close proximity to food and groceries. I had a car rental and there was enough space for me and the neighbors to get by each other in the driveway. The host messaged me at the beginning and was clearly available had I had any issues, but there were no issues to complain of. I told my boyfriend when we have to travel again to Columbus, we’re booking this place. Thank you for everything!

We stayed during a medical appointment in Ohio. The house was in a nice little neighborhood pretty close to the outpatient clinic and multiple food and grocery options! The Host was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.

Very adorable small house. Perfect for our stay. Close to shops, restaurants and also close to airport. Very clean and quiet. Absolutely love and will definitely want to stay again in the future.
