Stayed Jul 14, 2025The property is beautiful and neighborhood was fabulous. But: the ice maker and water dispenser in fridge would not work. That has to be mandatory at the beach. The ice maker upstairs the door was wide open and it was turned on and after I shut it it still wouldn’t work. Ceiling Fan in master sounds like a choking duck barely worked Fan is downstairs bunkroom never did work even with a battery maintenance brought. Look I know rentals or 2nd homes can be hard to maintain but this is an upscale neighborhood and it’s should be held to that standard. Needs some old

Stayed Aug 7, 2022The place was darling and stocked well; however, it needs new toilets or the plumbing issue fixed. We were unable to use the upstairs bathrooms which was inconvenient with that number of stairs. And speaking of stairs, the little carpets need to be removed. They are more of a hazard than helpful. These are just suggestions, everything else was great! Thanks Sunflower and your awesome pool!!

Stayed Jul 1, 2022It was very clean, good location but there were too many stairs for older people. Upstairs patio was very nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This townhome is immaculate and just beautiful! The rooftop deck with the hot tub has amazing views of the bay for the sunset and the gulf for the sunrise. We will be back!
