Rooftop Hot Tub - Walkable to bars - Best Location!

We had a group of 12 ladies in town to attend CMA Fest and a birthday celebration. Property was perfect! Walkable to shopping and dining in the Gulch and an easy Uber to anywhere else. Thanks for having us!

Great location with a short lyft or uber to boardwalk area. The place was so spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for a bunch of girls. We loved the rooftop space and hot tub. The host was so gracious and easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process was easy.

The location is excellent for getting to all downtown. The accommodations were wonderful and the communication with Stay Minty was easy and they were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend for a downtown Nashville visit.

The house was perfect for a large group of ladies! Plenty of room, never ran out of hot water, and the roof was top notch for pictures! It was a beautiful home that helped make our Nashville trip the very best!

Check-in and parking were good. The place was super clean and location was OK. Problems:1. Internet not working 2. Garbage disposal not working3. Firepit not working 4. Stay Minty kept trying to have us fix everything, even to the point of watching You-tube5. Not enough towels,toilet paper, no napkins, minimal paper towels 6. Dishwasher not workingAll in all it was a fair experience

Great place for 10 of us to celebrate a birthday.

The home was comfortable for our group, and overall our stay was fine. The location is excellent and very convenient for enjoying Nashville.That said, the home shows signs of heavy use, particularly in the bedding, towels, carpets, and couches. A deep cleaning and general refresh would make a noticeable difference. The washing machine was also in poor condition and not really usable—the drum appears to be broken and it was extremely loud when running. This may explain why some linens in the home were questionable as to whether they had been properly laundered.It’s also important for future guests to note that early arrival or late checkout will incur additional fees. We were aware and chose to pay them, so this wasn’t an issue for us, but travelers who prefer to avoid extra charges should plan to arrive after 4:00 PM and depart promptly at checkout time.The host was responsive, though the issues we encountered were not able to be resolved during our stay. Overall, we recognize that Nashville homes accommodating large groups often experience significant wear, but with some maintenance and cleaning improvements, this property could better match its otherwise great location.

We stayed there for our son’s 21st birthday. The kitchen was amazing, plenty of room for everyone. Shops nearby to walk to. The communication with the host was top notch. Best part was having the van service to take you to Broadway. 5 a person was a great price to shuttle 10 of us all together. The roof top deck was amazing for entertaining. Would definitely recommend this location and Stay Minty.

Property is huge with lots of beds and space for socializing. It was clean and well appointed.

Been here multiple times. The management company and their responsiveness is 2nd to none! The beds are on the firm side which is the only complaint our party said. House is always clean and beautiful! The Gulch is the best area to stay in Nashville. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops. Loved the group transportation option with the bus as well!

The photos of the house are misleading and do not reflect its current condition. There have been several damages that appear to have been patched up with quick, temporary fixes rather than proper repairs. That said, the location is excellent—just a short walk to downtown and close to everything we needed. Check-in was also very smooth and hassle-free.Our stay at this rental was unfortunately disappointing from the beginning. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues: the bedding was dirty, the hot tub had not been properly cleaned, and the main TV either didn’t work or wouldn’t stay connected to the internet. The overall cleanliness of the house was well below expectations—it was dusty to the point that a previous guest had written their name in it, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.We reached out to the host, who responded by the following morning and promised to address the issues. We gave them permission to enter the property, but the resolution was minimal. They added water to the hot tub and removed the pump and hose that had been left behind. While they temporarily reconnected the TV to the internet, it stopped working again within 10 minutes. The dirty bedding remained untouched, the hot tub was not cleaned, and no meaningful improvements were made.We expected a higher standard of cleanliness and responsiveness for the price we paid, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.

Spacious and in a good location

Every aspect of the process was handled flawlessly and efficiently. The property is a perfect option to stay near downtown, Broadway, Gulch etc. very impressed with both the communication as well as the property itself. Great amenities.

The house is awesome, especially the kitchen and living room area. We had a party for my daughter's 21st birthday and enjoyed so much time together for three days. Communication is quick and clear and friendly. Home was very clean and all-around excellent! Bars are close enough to get to and neighborhood is very nice.

The house is large and has plenty of space to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy time on their own. Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. We encountered WiFi issues but the host was responsive.

Excellent location and venue

8 of us get together once a year for the last 20 years! Enjoyed this property, layout and perfect location. Host was very quick to respond to our request for additional hairdryers. Internet and streaming was not working 1st 24 hrs, but they were also quick to respond to our issue and it was working the next day. Wonderful stay and would visit this property again.

We went for my wife's 40th birthday and it was awesome. Super close to music row and the gulch ...def walkable and only 5 to 10 minute uber ride to broadway. Def would stay again!

This property was absolutely amazing. It is located in a great area, the building is well maintained, from first entering the place you were wowed. Not only that, communication with the property personnel was amazing. They made for a great celebration with family.

Loved the location (it would be a long walk to Broadway but a very easy / short Uber; quiet location which is nice), a lot of space, and nice kitchen. However, the property is in need of a thorough cleaning and paint job. A lot of partying there over the summer, it would appear.

We satayed at Hot Tub heaven C and loved the huge kitchen area! The parking, spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms were private and clean. The roof top hot tub was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee. The Minty crew was always available to answer questions by text. Will bool again
