We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in Baltimore! The property is spacious and relaxing. We loved the authentic Baltimore vibe. The rooftop deck was a real treat. Conversation with a few drinks while taking in the city skyline after the Orioles games was one of the highlights of our trip. We would have loved to include the fire pit in our experience but it was very hot while we were there. The property is in walking distance to Oriole Park and M&T Bank Stadium (which you can see from the deck), as well as restaurants, convenience stores and other attractions. We chose to walk so we didnt rent a car while we were there. We didn't once feel unsafe during our treks. We highly recommend this property and the city of Baltimore for your next trip!

We had a great stay here with our family for a week. The house was equipped and had everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time together. There were a couple of small issues during the stay, but Rob was very responsive and communicated well. The problems were fixed promptly, which we really appreciated. We also had an issue with an expired parking pass, and Rob was kind enough to reimburse us for the parking ticket, which showed great customer care. It’s worth noting that this is an older house, so not everything works perfectly or as smoothly as in a brand-new property. That said, everything we needed worked, and it didn’t take away from our stay.Overall, it was a good experience and we appreciated Rob’s responsiveness and helpfulness throughout the week.

The house is nicely decorated, spacious, and the host was pleasant to deal with. We stayed in early February and enjoyed the aesthetic of the space. However, we ran into a few seasonal challenges. The entrance stairs were covered in snow and ice, which made getting into the house a bit treacherous. Additionally, because the house is older and runs cold, we tried using the provided portable heaters, but they unfortunately tripped the circuit breaker. Luckily I was able to call the host and he responded quickly on how to resolve the issue. We also had trouble with parking. The “free parking” permit wasn't in the cabinet as described, so we couldn't utilize the convenient street parking near the house. Tried messaging host about this issue but did not get back to me. Overall, it's a great space. I would highly recommend it for a stay during the warmer months, but it may need some winter proofing for the colder season.

Host experience was horrible. No heat in the place so we couldn’t stay there. The steps to get inside the place were full of snow so we had to clean them off. He didn’t seem to care that we didn’t have heat, he told us that he had a bunch of heaters & we should use them. Heaters can’t heat a whole house. Also wanted us to go in his basement & change the filters, really. He should note be a host for anybody.

Overall this was a good stay. My daughter loved it, which is what mattered the most. Pros: Great location. Short drive to the inner harbor, walking distance to stadiums, great restaurants nearby, awesome roof top area, comfy beds and nice TVs. Cons: Parts of the rooftop fire pit were broken and left laying around on the ground. Parking was a struggle. There was no parking pass left, so I reached out to the owner. He directed me where to go in the basement to find one. It was expired. I informed him of that and he never responded. Was not comforting going to bed not knowing if I would be ticketed or towed. Overall, I would go back if we were accepted.

Good location for restaurants, inner harbor, and plenty of room for 5 of us. But it needs updating and thorough cleaning. Some of the furniture was stained. Two broken chairs, one in kitchen, one in DR. I had to wash two pots before I used them. It was also a noisy street. Back bedroom was quiet, but front bedroom was very loud. Good communication with host, but really nothing he could have done once we arrived.

Many good features to this house. Location was good. Correspondence met expectations. There is need for improvements though. Water downstairs bathroom comes out brown at first. Sofa and throw pillows were pretty ragged and were dirty. Cool house. Shuffle board was fun. Kitchen had supplies, parking worked out. Restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were a good size. We took our shoes off when entering and our feet were dirty within an hour.

I guess it served my purpose of a place to sleep. This is a very old townhouse that has been upgraded with some things (not exactly renovated). Old furniture, some falling apart. No designated parking, just on-street at your own luck of finding a spot. Laundry in the dryer - didn't feel like doing someone else's chore by emptying it. Definitely city-living with a lot of street/alley noise at night.

Overall, the unit size and capacity is well represented in the listing - we slept 6 people comfortably, and location was great! The “Murphy bed” in the listing is just a queen size floor mattress, which is fine but should’ve been clear as it took us a while to find it shoved in an upstairs closet. Our big concerns are: 1. The unit was very obviously not cleaned well prior to our arrival. There was hair in one of the showers, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, wet laundry (with socks and other clothes??) left in the washing machine, and some miscellaneous trash on the floor in the bedrooms. It looked like someone had come through and started to clean but just only did it halfway and only changed the bed linens and took out the trash bags and left it at that. 2. When we tried to communicate about issues throughout the stay (WiFi password not working, etc. ) we only received automated responses, if any response at all. We never got the correct WiFi password so had no WiFi the entire time, and we never received a response at all after messaging about the lack of cleanliness at the end of our stay. So don’t expect any sort of active response or help from the host during your stay if you need it.

This 3-bedroom property was the perfect size for our adult family, with ample room for everyone. The rooftop deck was a lovely added bonus for enjoying a summer evening outdoors. The home is within easy walking distance to Camden Yard and the Inner Harbor, as well as several great restaurants. Robert was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and made the reservation and check-in process a breeze!
