Romantic townhouse with private entrance, private patio, WiFi, and full kitchen

As others have noted this is a wonderful location in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. We were literally minutes away from most of the locations in central Austin we needed to visit. The townhouse itself was especially roomy and pleasant and a very good value for the price. I've not seen as large or pleasant a bedroom in all the similar properties we reviewed and to top it off the bed was very comfortable. We had a small initial problem with the combination front door lock but with a little practice we mastered the lock. We'll definitely rebook this townhouse for our future visits to Austin.

Very nice and clean. Comfy bed and plush carpet. Lots of kitchen utensils, glasses and plates. The patio needs some help. Great location in Tarrytown.

Stayed here several times. Home still needs upates/deep clean. Cold AC ! Comfy, quiet and in a neighborhood with multimillion dollar homes! FYI - note you will be parking on a downhill street. Keep that emergency parking break on! RECOMMEND.

Me & hubby have stayed here multiple times. Cozy place that still needs a deep cleaning (bdrm carpet) etc. I still wish there was a guestbook for troubleshooting and checkout instructions. The dishwasher wouldn’t work, so of course I reported instantly. Could not find where it plugs in.This duplex sits on a steep hill, which is your parking area (on the street), so if your gas tank isn’t completely full, it will show empty! So FYI. Multi million dollar homes all around this area by these dated duplexes. Good neighborhood. Would still recommend!!

Great neighborhood and very easy to get to places in Austin!

We stayed at this property 8 months ago and were pleased that it was available for this Austin visit to attend Mom’s celebration of life and begin to close out her estate. Location, location, location!! Loved Mozart for breakfast and Hula Hut for dinner, both right around the corner. As our last review stated, the owner needs to upgrade the cutlery in the kitchen - a hodgepodge of forks and spoons. The rope dryer handle worked since last time we had to pry it open with a knife. The television needs replacing soon as there are many spots of light on the picture. Overall, a good stay - comfortable bed.

The upscale neighborhood gives this house a charm boost. But it needs some TLC inside and out. If you’re looking for a quiet location in Austin, this is the spot!

I stayed for almost 2 months during an internship. I was honestly so sad to leave, and this booking is actually one of the reasons that Accept a job offer. The neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is great to walk in and you’ll see everyone walk in the mornings and afternoons. When contacting the host, they answered super quick, and we’re so nice. It was plenty of supplies, and I felt right at home. My one and only complaint is that the house definitely hasnt had a deep clean in a while. Counters and main items were cleaned, however blinds and the ceiling fan had a lot of dust. Other than that one tiny thing it was so amazing!
