Romantic Riverfront Retreat with Covered Deck & Fire Pit-walk to Beach!

I loved the property so many opportunities for enjoyment, the fire pit and hot tub. I heard the estuary was nearby and wished for some binoculars to enjoy the view. The porch is a well seated area with a grill to boot. I loved the wildlife nearby and would have loved the ability to learn more about the area.

Perfect for our weekend getaway. Welcoming and cute, just what we needed. Lovely view from the balcony. Lots of extras to make our stay comfortable.

This property is on a quiet cul-de-sac but is not far from downtown Seaside, either. Perfect for a retreat, which is what I did.

The property was nice enough. However i think its highly over priced. Expedia advertised as 150 a night, however with all the ridiculous fees the owners charge, one night stay was 293. I think advertised as 150 is literally a scam to get people hooked in, then not refunded once they realoze the proce got doubled. When we first arrived, we walked into the garage and the owner immediately started aggressively asking if both cars in the drive were ours (they weren't) she never introduced herself, i had to ask if she was the owner, and then introdice myself instead. There are passive aggressive signage throughout the whole home, and even though they charge ridiculous cleaning fees, they basicially ask that you do their job for them and clean the whole place top to bottom before departing. The whole experience was quite odd and we wont be back.

I just enjoyed it all, loved that it was in a pretty quiet part of town, place was cleaned and kept very well. Loved the cute decor and privacy. Very enjoyable time

The unit was cleaned and ready for us. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was easy to prepare meals in the unit. We would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

We were upstairs. Old sisters didn’t need a hot tub or a fireplace, just a place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the location. And it was perfect for that. They thought of everything we would need. And outside elevator and maybe a couple of bath tubs rails in our dreams, but it was a good deal for the three nights we visited.

This home was cozy and had everything needed. Had a nice view of the river and not too far from food, shops and the beach. The hot tub is a shared hot tub but was easy to block out times if needed for privacy. The host was fast to respond to any questions.

Very very cute and cozy home! This was mine and my boyfriend’s first trip together and we absolutely loved it and had the best time. We loved this home as it felt like home to us. The only thing that was a bit misleading was I did not know the hot tub and fire pit were shared and can only be booked in one hour blocks. Since it was our first trip and it was on a whim, we didn’t have a plan and didn’t know when we would want to use the hot tub but we weren’t in much of a hot tub mood anyway. The house does have a very big tub though which was nice. Overall the home was very clean, comfortable, easy to access and get into. Close to the ocean and a minute or two drive to the nearest public parking. Check in was easy and straight forward!

Our stay was comfortable, and the host was very kind and responsive throughout our visit. Everything in the home was clean and in working order, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things future guests may want to be aware of. The listing photos were a bit misleading regarding the number of bedrooms, the picture showing one room with different comforters made it appear as if there were more bedrooms than there actually are. It wasn’t listed as a two bedroom so that’s my fault but I did rent it thinking it was two bedrooms. The house itself was okay overall but could benefit from some updates and a general refresh. Additionally, the downstairs area had a strong mold smell, but I’m sure that’s hard to avoid in such a rainy area. Fireplace was a huge plus! With a few improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable stay, and the host’s responsiveness is definitely a positive!

Something about walking to the beach for a late night fire really set the tone for a romantic weekend. Will be back!

We loved our stay here! Cozy and very clean. Decent internet smart TV was clutch. And the daybed was surprisingly comfortable! Hot tub was also a plus.

Hot tub was very clean, wish we had turned it on when we arrived! Fire pit was fun, everything was very clean and accessible! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! Super close to everything fun, we loved the bumper cars the most!

Cute, comfortable and relaxing. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and a good location to access sites on the coast.

The location is perfect, with a lot of space. My only critique is that you could sometimes hear guests in the other unit and it sometimes sounded as if they were in our unit. Other than that we loved it.

My daughter and I came to Seaside for a girls get away, and we were not disappointed! The little house was perfect for the two of us and is in a great location. Even though it rained while we were there, we were able to cozy up, play games, and watch some tv when it was too wet to go outside! Highly recommend for a girls get away!

We had a nice stay here! The hot tub though was highly chlorinated which made it difficult to enjoy more than the 1 time we tried it. Overall, it was a fun spot and the tvs were easy to navigate.
