Stayed Sep 19, 2025whenthe hit tub finally got to temp it was fabulous. Yard was perfect for our furry friends. Bedrooms where very adequate for our family and location was quite and relaxing.Note: keep in mind that we will rent this house again if available. But the sofa in the living room has seen better days. Also, it took about 24 hours for the hot tub to warm up. And there is not adequate lighting in the backyard for our furry friends and just basically hanging out back there. Those are minor little details. This house was gorgeous and relaxing and comfortable.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024The house was obviously newly remodeled inside, very clean, bright, and gas grill worked great. Cold A/C. We were comfortable with four adults. Location is near the Blanco River and only a short drive to town. We were visiting friends nearby and it worked out very well.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024We loved it! Easy access to everything in San Marcos. We came for the river, and had great evenings back at the house. The huge backyard and the hot tub were great.
