Romantic and Charming Cottage with hot tub, on beautiful one acre view lot!

We did a quick trip to check out the island. Rental had a great view and the hot tub was wonderful.

This was an absolute dream of a cabin. It was cozy and quaint- exactly what was needed for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was nice and clean and well maintained. The cabin was lovely and the kitchen was nice and had everything we needed for the weekend. Definitely a place we will visit again

The host was wonderful but there might be a case of bedbugs on the couch or second bedroom. Only I got the bites and I slept out on the couch for a while to watch the fireplace.

Oh my goodness, our hosts were wonderful. I loved the little notes to tell us what to do and what was needed. The view was amazing and the seed for the birds was so nice. My mom loved birds and I was surprised at how much they ate, but it was a joy to feed them and that the food was provided. We saw ships...a few but we saw a Naval ship almost just before we left. Lots of other boats and ships. The HOT TUB is amazing. Hot but the air was cold so.. choose. We've stayed at many places in our 43 years of marriage and this place is perfect, clean and comfortable and cozy.

The home was immaculate. Cute and a beautiful view of the sound. I would venture a guess that there were around 20 or 30 birds diving in over and over at that bird feeder. The hot tub was in perfect order. It was a wonderful experince that i recommend to anyone staying on this fantasy island!

The house was fantastic and the view was breathtaking. Our hosts were excellent. They were very open and communicative and the entire stay couldn't have been better.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is very homey and comfortable, the hot tub and grill were the perfect amenities, and Mark was a helpful communicator. I totally recommend and look forward to another visit!

We planned a getaway very last minute but Mark was so great to work with. The cabin is in the perfect location with an amazing view. I could sit and watch the birds all day! We will definitely be back.

The house had a great view. Wonderful instructions both to the house and how to work various things. Love having a prepped kitchen. Only small thing i might suggest, bigger coffee filters. It was a wonderful stay!

It was lovely! We ended up having such good weather. We were able to watch the shipping traffic, and bird watching. The hot tub was amazing and well taken care of and everything had a comfortable cabin feel.

Mark and Colleen’s cabin was the best of the best! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It way exceeded our expectations! Took our breath away! It reminded us of earlier times when we lived on the east coast near the Adirondacks. No detail was forgotten. Loved the hot tub and surrounding area too. An impeccable stay! Thank you!

The whole place was amazing! Nothing fancy, just quiet and relaxing with a great view of the Sound.

The cabin is the most wonderful place to find peace and quiet! The view is awesome of the water and you can just sit on the porch or in the living room and watch cargo and cruise ships sail past. If you keep the bird feeder full you have hours of enjoyment of the birds fighting for space. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen fully stock and the fireplace was enjoyable. Hubby says the hot tub was perfect to soak and watch the birds and ships! We are looking forward to staying again!

Everything is excellent, the views, the critters, deer, the hammock and the house is very comfortable and inviting. This was our 2nd time and will defiantly stay here again.

Nice deck with view of birds, ships and boats. All items in kitchen helpful for any cooking needs, beds comfy. Convenient for trips to Langley and Coupeville, enjoyed all five beaches we visited. Didn’t use hot tub, but looks clean and inviting for winter. Extra fans a plus, lots of games and puzzles, owners very easy to reach and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival, they were immediately captivated by the cabin's rustic charm. Sunlight filtered through the tall trees, illuminating the cozy interior with a warm glow. The air was filled with the scent of pine and the distant cries of seagulls. They quickly settled in, eager to explore the island and unwind. As their Vrbo rental week drew to a close, a bittersweet feeling washed over them. They knew their time on Whidbey Island, within the magical cabin, was nearing its end. They wondered if they could carry a piece of that experience, that sense of time manipulation, back to their busy lives. Though they knew the answer was likely no, the memories of their Whidbey Island retreat, a week spent defying the normal flow of time, would forever be etched in their minds.

This cabin was the coziest! The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for whipping up a nice breakfast and the grill was so convenient for dinners in. The seating in the living area was comfy and nap-worthy. The hot tub was divine and very well kept. And the view. THE VIEW. Pictures don't do it justice. Mark was very communicative and helpful in every way. This cabin is a true gem. We loved celebrating our 20th anniversary in such a cozy and romantic spot. We can't wait to book again!

Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. The cottage had all that we needed to enjoy Whidbey Island. After a day of hiking, taking in the views and cute towns the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. The house does need a little maintenance on the inside and outside. Overall everything we needed for a great trip!

A central location to the middle and south end of the island and a variety of beaches. Some hidden gems out there. Home is a bit worn but comfortable and clean and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Love this property. I've stayed there before and the sunset view is astounding. Love watching the birds and the boats go by. It's like a small home away from home for me.

Gorgeous view of the sound from the wrap around porch, sparkling clean hot tub and huge picture windows. This a lovely, quiet area set apart from other homes and convenient to restaurants and attractions. It has a nice cabin feel with well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The host was great - very personable and responsive. My adult daughter and I went on a mother-daughter trip and would love to go back!

Mark was great at communicating with us from first day we booked it. Was a quaint place with a nice view. Very relaxing and we enjoyed our stay.

I was looking for a relaxing place to stay on or near the ocean to rejuvenate. There were several matches to my search, but this quaint cabin became the top of my husband and my list. It’s not on the ocean, but there is a spectacular view of it. The house has a western view of Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. There is a hot tub where you can still see the ocean and mountains. It was heavenly sitting out in the tub watching the sunset. Also, sitting on the porch and watching/listening to all of the birds enjoying the bird feeder was also a relaxing treat. I just wanted to listen to the birds anytime it was light out. The cabin has a great location to see the sights on the island. On our first full day there, we drove an hour and 20 minutes to LaConner for the annual Tulip Festival. It is only during April, and we were lucky the weather and tulips both cooperated. During our visit, we also went to Deception Pass State Park, the tiny town of Coupeville, the Price Sculpture Forest, Fort Casey, Joseph Whidbey State Park, Greenbank Cidery, Meerkerk Rhododendron Garden, Double Bluff Beach, and ate several times from Pickles Deli inside Ken’s Corner. We own a Tesla, so charging the car was a worry for us. Luckily, we were able to plug it in to the outside of the house, and we didn’t need to stop at a charger for 4 days! The owners have helpful signs, maps, and travel tips in the house. They were also quick to both call and text us details on the house. They’re great!!

This property was lovely and as advertised. The improvements I would recommend are that the kitchen utensils should be upgraded, particularly the pots and pans, and the dining room chairs need cushions or should be replaced with chairs that are more comfortable. Mark was responsive and nice. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

My mother and I visited Whidbey over Christmas and this was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting family and friends in the sound. We wanted to stay somewhere that felt like home, and Mark and Colleen’s place fit the bill perfectly.Nothing about the house is new—but it’s clean, cozy, well appointed, and you can feel the warmth and personality of its hosts. The view is amazing, beds are very comfortable, and I can imagine the expansive outdoor areas are a delight in warmer weather. It feels out of the way when you are there, but it’s nice and close to great restaurants and grocery stores, and less than 15 minutes from the ferry. A winter storm blew through that threatened to put power out on the island and Mark was proactive in reaching out and letting us know what to expect and how to keep the house lit and heated in an emergency. Every step of the way, they were cordial, great communicators and you can tell how much they care about their place and making guests comfortable. Very refreshing to feel the human touch of kind people who have a nice place they work hard to share with others. We’re excited to visit again in the future.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this property. We love it. Mark and Coleen are wonderful. Easy to work with, even checked in on us. We would definitely come back given the chance.

The cabin has an amazing view! Large windows in the front room bring the view inside evem on those cooler days of winter. Great hot tub, also with a view. The perfect cozy cabin for a long weekend.

Great view, very clean, peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful stay on the island and Mark's house was perfect. Beautiful view of the water, nice quiet street, good hiking only 1.5 miles up the road and 10 minutes into town the other way.

It was a dream. Quiet, amazing view. The property is exactly as described. The beds are very comfortable as is the sofa. Mark and Cullen went out of their way to accommodate us and we will for sure come back.

Loved our stay in this cabin. Very peaceful place, perfect for a relaxing stay with my husband and baby. Mark was a perfect host, very helpful, friendly and responsive. The cabin interior is a little old but everything is functional.

We enjoyed our two week stay in this great little cabin. The view is priceless and the location to South Whidbey state park is very close. The cabin is suited greatly for a couple to enjoy the view, soak in the hot tub and relish in the peace and quiet of the area. Seeing an occasional submarine sail by was amazing. Can't recommend this location enough.

This cabin was exceptionally clean and organized, we loved the peace and quiet afforded by the back porch overlooking the sound. Watching, boats and ships alike navigate through. Lots of birds, lots of bunnies and a buck and doe wandering around. The hot tub was a major hit, the view from it was fantastic. Mark and Colleen were exceptionally helpful, the island has a lot to offer and many ways to spend time. Like I mentioned above, I haven't relaxed that much in years!
