With two distinct floors, your whole group can enjoy plenty of privacy. Ascend to the top floor to find a full kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms—each with a comfortable king bed, and two bathrooms. Descend to the lower level with its own entrance, a kitchenette, a fold-out queen, and a workspace. You'll also find a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Each living space has its own Smart TV.

- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- Please note that the fireplace in the living room is not currently operational.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.     Great stay for families! Plenty of amenities and toys for young children. Having a separate kitchen downstairs was a huge bonus! We loved the area - it was nice and close to Double Bluff Beach and not far to Langley. We were very appreciative of the fenced backyard and options for grilling. Will definitely be coming back!

    We had a great stay with 6 family members and two dogs. The house has a great layout and wonderful deck. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was clean. We also had an issue with the stove, which was very promptly fixed. Would rent again.

    My house is too small to accommodate my nephew's family so I rented this house for them. It was very convenient for us since it is right around the corner from us. They thought it was lovely and had a great time. They would be willing to visit again.

    Thoughtful touches made our stay very nice. From the pizza making kit, tote bag and sunglasses to the baby equipment, second kitchen and fenced yard for pets we were wanting for nothing. Awesome to have a bathroom for every sleeping space and especially the air conditioned rooms. Close to favorite spots in Langley, Freeland and Coupeville.

    We had a long weekend on Whidbey Island and it was lovely. The house is very comfortable, especially the memory foam beds. Clean and spacious. We really appreciated the kids toys and kids dishes/ high chair etc. The house is located on a safe dead end nice street and very close to the Double Bluff beach
