I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are so many pluses about this home. We love everything about it including the deer, turkey and birds that would visit the yard. The grandchildren loved the assortment of board games, the pool table and the view of the mountains and some of the lake.

It is a very comfortable home and we love the location. Close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee without having to actually be on the lake.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Great property. Was great for are party of 7 adults without feeling you where on top of each other. The location could not have been better for us to enjoy a wedding on Sandy Island. Overall a great, wonderfull and joyable stay.

It is clean, comfortable and plenty of room for everybody. We loved sitting outdoors on the deck reading our books. Family members had their rental property on the lake, so we were able to use their beach verses the nearby Long Island Beach. We loved the view of the mountains from this home.

Reviewer Comments: This home was not only beautiful, clean and well-maintained, but spacious and extremely well stocked with everything needed. The closeness to Long Island Beach was amazing. We enjoyed restaurants and shops in the area. Would definitely return and recommend this rental.

We moved out of New England to Florida this past spring but will continue to go back up north with our family in the coming summers. The property is exactly what we want. Plenty of room for us. We use the public beach, it is a short car ride, we pack our chairs, lunches etc & spend the days there. Looking forward to next summer!!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house for one week and it was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever rented. The house is large and very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool table in the basement. The house is a little far from most attractions but it's fine once you get used to it. There is a great mountain view in the back of the house. Overall, wonderful stay!
