Listing was just as described in the posting! We loved the decor and amenities it came with! I for one especially loved the nice Rachel ray pots and knife set, made cooking for the family wonderfully easy. Place comes fully stocked with everything you would need for a beach trip, other than your clothes and food! Host responded very quick with any questions, and neighbor (who has the the same house layout/build) helped us figure out the Nest thermostat (we’d never used one). Not quite walking distance to the beach, but for $10 a day permit to access the beach area, its about a 5 min drive to the beach and totally worth the fee for a clean beach for kids and playing. We will definitely be staying here again in the future if it’s available! Quick notes: -Clean House -Fully stocked -Soft beds -Great amenities (towels,soap,dishes) -Plenty of parking -Quiet neighborhood/block One tip, bring lots of bug spray for the mosquitoes all around Rockport, it will save you!

Great location, quite neighborhood and clean accommodations . However, the couch was worn out and not enough room to pull out the dinning room table to sit 4 people.

Check in was simple and the owner always was quick with responding if I messaged them and the place was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Rockport this week and Rachelle is a fantastic host. All the comforts of home and amazing location for end of summer fishing trip with the kids. We will definitely be coming back for future Rockport getaways. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home and make some more memories!!!

This property was great for us and our four kids. It was clean, had a screened in patio away from bugs, and has a washer and dryer if needed! Very clean and well taken care of property!

This was the cutest and comfiest little house to stay at. It was perfect for my family of 5. It feels so homey and is such a great location. Pictures do no do it justice. Great place to stay! Very close to the water.

We booked to stay for my daughter’s softball tournament. The check in was so easy and the host was super responsive. Our timing wasn’t great because there was pretty nasty storm in the gulf at the time of our tournament. That being said, our host was more than willing to help us in any way we needed. This was a testament to how great the host is. The house was very comfortable. Super close to the beach. Great location and the neighbor, Mr. John, was super nice as well. We will definitely be going back for some vacation and fishing!!!
