Riverview ~ Riverfront MCM Gem. A favorite for Family Holidays! Woof

We had a lovely time relaxing and fishing in the river! The house is very accommodating for families. It is an older property with unique charm. Rustic and set back in time. Updated bathrooms a plus. New partial flooring. Super comfy beds! Well stocked kitchen. You cant beat the view!

This is NOT a place for anyone with mobility problems. The ad should include pictures of the number of stairs into and out of the house - and down to the river. The walkway from the house to the river is dangerous. There isn't anything -except slippery grass - from the house to the first landing with stairs. I was the only one who dared going down to the dock and swimming. The swimming ladders are coated with river slime - which made getting out of the river a real challenge. The entertainment was ridiculous. The directions were for a Vizio TV. There is a Samsung at the house. It took us far too much time to figure out how to play DVDs as there weren't any directions or remote. Fortunately one of us knew how to do that thru the Xbox!?!? The house needs work. The front fencing is rotting. The back deck should at least be sanded. I had to buy tweezers to get the splinters out of my feet. There are dings in the sheetrock, gouges and scrapes in the paint. I have used VRBO - and this is the first time I have been disappointed. I would give the place a C+ It would be lower if you didn't have a decent cleaning crew. And then there was

Enjoyed the weather changes and being by the river front. It was an enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay on the Russian River. The house was very spacious for 7 women, beds were comfortable and the deck was perfect. The house was clean, well stocked in the kitchen and lots of towels (beach & bath). The basement was full of floaties which was great since it was a very warm weekend. The kitchen is a bit small and dated but reminded us of a rustic cabin. Parking is limited but worked for us with 3 cars.

We do a yearly friends trip to the RR, and this was our favorite spot yet. Everything was easy about checking in and out. The management company is friendly and helpful. The biggest selling point for us was the large dock and river toys. We hope to return next year.

This rental is one of the best on the river, works well for families but not elderly, lots of stairs to the dock , the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make ANY meal , big frig and freezer, lots of river toys and floats , we only dined out once in town at Dawn Ranch for our 5 day stay , I’ll be back as soon as I can , no need to go to Tahoe anymore

Loved our stay, for the 2nd year in a row. The view from the deck is stunning. The pier is nice and big and the swimming is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked.

We had a great stay with two children under the age of 5 and dogs. We look forward to coming back in warmer weather when we can take advantage of all the water rec toys available. There was an ant problem they are trying to remedy but that can be expected. Thank you for a wonderful time!
