River's Echo: Downtown Leavenworth, Hot Tub, Walk Everywhere, Family Friendly!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at River’s Echo. The host was very responsive and the house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. It was wonderful being within walking distance to everything. We will absolutely stay here again.

Nice place, reminded us of a old house from the Midwest. Really nice to be so close to downtown on such a busy weekend (Thanksgiving). Couldn't find the garbage bin outside, but everything else was great.

We loved the cozy house! It was decorated and felt like home and within walking distance to town. We had everything we needed and extra and the home was clean. A couple things that would have made it better was if the beds were comfortable. The twins upstairs in the loft were great but the bedrooms not at all and having more comfortable seating would have been nice in the living room for us to watch Christmas movies and hang out. The other thing was the fireplace was not working we tried to light a fire but the air flow switch was not working so the house filled up with smoke. Great hosts responsive and very accommodating for early check in.

Great stay over the weekend. There were six of us and plenty of room for all. The best part was being so close to town and able to walk to everything. House is decorated very cute. Nice large table in the dining room. We were all able to sit at it and play cards. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We loved your home. It was peaceful and relaxing. Great location in the heart of town allowing us to walk to all the shops. On our last morning we woke up to a beautiful deer sitting in the yard under the trees.

The house and property are lovely, everything is walking distance. It was clean and well equipped, the yard is lovely. However it is NOT on the river- and the river is not accessible from the yard. It's a close walk, but you can't see or access it from the house.

Perfect location - close to river and close to town, but far enough that it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. House was clean and well kept. Lots of amenities - board games, hot tub etc. Definitely our go-to place!

The location with easy walking access to both the town and river was great. Our family enjoyed the outdoor amenities ( lawn games, BBQ, hot tub and dinning.

This place was perfect for our family trip to Leavenworth - the location was amazing! The kids loved walking to the river, it was easy to walk downtown, and the hot tub was an added bonus with a beautiful view of the mountains!

We had a relaxing and fun ladies trip at River’s Echo. There were 8 of us and the house accommodated us nicely, with plenty of space! The mornings were so peaceful, we would drink coffee and watch the deer mingling right outside the living room window. The kitchen and dining room are spacious and stocked well. Having several bathrooms and comfortable beds made everyone happy! The hot tub was an added luxury after roaming around snowy Leavenworth, that is just steps away! We want to come back in the summer!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rivers Echo. Location doesn’t get any better! The house is impeccably clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and plenty of space for our group! Will absolutely stay again!!

We love to get together with our kids and grands, and our stay at River’s Echo was just the perfect place. The grands played in the snow in the yard and then jumped in the hot tub to get warm. We all walked to town a few times since it was so close. We all felt cozy and comfortable, and the house was just the right size. Plenty of room to play board games at the dining room table, make a meal or two in the well equipped kitchen. And sleep comfortably in the cozy beds. Thanks we had a blast. Hopefully a new family tradition.

The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own bed and space. We had fun going in the hot tub after playing in the snow. We were able to walk to town in 2 minutes and not worry about parking. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Since it's so close to the Christmas festival, this is an awesome place to stay! It's close enough to walk to so much, even to eat out. We loved sitting in the living room and watching it snow.

Perfect location. Wonderful house and layout! Livingroom is great for visiting. Super close to downtown, minute's walk. Can't wait to stay there again! Hot tub was a perfect size, it snowed on us while we we were in whilch was magical.
