Riverfront - Single Family Home - Private Hot Tub - Fishing/Rafting/OHV/Skiing!

The house was exactly as pictured and in a beautiful location right by the river—you could even hear the water at night from the master bedroom, which made it feel so peaceful and relaxing. My son loves fly fishing and caught two fish within 10 minutes right in the river behind the house, which was fun ending to our stay. We stayed 17 days and it truly felt like a little mountain retreat getaway. We had previously lived in the same town and came back for a long visit with family for a wedding and graduation, so it was the perfect home base.The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house was well stocked with towels, bedding, and coffee, and the beds were very comfortable. Each room also had its own individual AC unit, which made everyone’s stay super comfortable.We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Gordon is by far the best VRBO host I’ve ever had. He responds quickly to every message and goes out of his way to accommodate whenever possible, which made the entire stay seamless.The property itself is incredible—especially if you love fly fishing. Being able to step out, fish for an hour, and then walk right back to the house to relax, BBQ, or enjoy the hot tub is hard to beat. The setting is peaceful, private, and perfectly set up for that kind of experience.The fishing exceeded my expectations. It was truly exceptional and made the trip memorable.I will absolutely be back.

We had a great stay here while visiting my family in town. There was plenty of space for my daughter and I, my parents and grandparents. The view out the back the first morning there was incredible and we spent a lot of time outside by the river and in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at the Riverfront Home! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic. Our host, Gordon and his team, were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the extra touch of having plenty of coffee available and the welcome bottle of wine. Must mention that seeing the wildlife, including 2 bear sightings was incredible. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly and relaxing place to stay.Thank you for a great experience!

We came to the Glenwood Springs area with our boys for Spring Break 2025. The house is very well equipped with all the amenities a family would look for. There was plenty of space for our family of 6! We enjoyed the hot tub and the river view. Gordon and his team are very informative about local activities and their communication during the stay was awesome. I would absolutely book this home again.
