Riverfront Retreat on deep canal with Hot Tub, Clear Kayaks & Fire pit

Probably need a new can opener, it didn't work whatsoever! Plus one of the plastic chairs were cracked and when sitting down out of the hot-tub it broke all the way, we put it out with the garbage. Everything was wonderful and we had a great time with the kayaks on the water, we saw dolfins, manatees and snakes! Your artwork on the building and walls were an added personal touch! Lovely place and I'll recommend it!

The house is super cute & clean. Nicely supplied kitchen. There's even a crock pot. Everything you need to cook a nice meal. Plenty of grill supplies too. The back yard is wonderful! Great fun for friends & family with the provided outdoor games. Good supply of kayaks, paddle board & one clear kayak. 4 person hot tub was clean & nice in the evenings once it cooled down. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because of the quality of the water. I completely understand that hosts have no control over that, but during our stay the water was murky. We couldn't find any clear water. It looked like every other river I've ever been on. We did arrive right after Memorial Day so boat traffic plus rain runoff may have played a part. No where we explored would I consider the water swimmable. Yes, people were swimming at Roger's Park. Could you see if a gator was under the water? Nope! You could only see the manatee near the surface. However, we did see many manatee & even had 3 visit us in our canal at our dock. A momma with her baby plus another. They stayed a few hours. It was great. I also highly recommend Weeki Watchee State Park & Mermaid Show. The water there was heavenly.

The home was spacious and super clean.Better than the pics!Loved the outdoor space and patio.So many extras like the yard games and firepit.Great place to be outside with your family.(just make sure to bring bug spray for biting flies).The water was not as nice at the end of the canal ,but we still enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water and seeing manatees and dolphins.You will love this tiny piece of Florida heaven!

Absolutely Perfect! Our stay at this riverfront VRBO was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need—it was set up so thoughtfully.The outside was just as wonderful—the hot tub was fantastic, and we loved spending time around the fire pit and enjoying the games. The location was beautiful and peaceful, making it the ideal getaway.On top of that, the host was amazing and made the whole experience even better. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!We will be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is so well-stocked and thoughtfully equipped. We had 3 teens/tween on the trip, so the kayaks, paddle board, hot tub, outdoor games, and outdoor projector were all a huge hit. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and grocery stores and essentials are super close. Each bedroom had really nice oscillating fans to keep things comfy, and the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so it was nice not to have to pack those. We had a good experience renting a small boat from the Weeki Wachee Marina one day. Pine Island was also a nice place to take in the sunset. And of course, the seeing the manatees was the absolute best. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at this home. So many amenities. And being right on the water was great.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with the basic needs. The view from the dock was disappointing as surrounding property need some TLC.

Such a charming little get away, I have been vacationing in Weeki Wachee for 4th of July for the last 5 years . This well attended and perfectly remodeled 3/2 on the river met all my families needs! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, and helping me create such amazing memories

We enjoyed our stay a beautiful place very clean had all the comforts of home enjoyed the kayaks games outdoor movies with special lighting. Bed where awesome slept very well we had a great time with many parks restaurants and shopping near plus several beaches we had a wonderful stay thank you

This place was amazing! The perfect location. A short paddle away from the Weeki Wachee river. Tucked away in the canal where it was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of things to do. We spent most of our time kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. We saw Manatees everyday. We brought grown kids and teenage kids with us and they all had a blast. Plenty of outdoor stuff to do and the hot tub while watching a movie on the projector outside was a favorite. The house had everything you needed. I love the little things like the bed frames having chargers attached. Even the nightstands had chargers. Ceiling fans and stand up fans in the bedrooms. Fishing poles were provided. Very nicely decorated. Check in and check out was easy. I debated between this house and one on the river itself and I’m glad we went with this one. The river was busy and kind of loud. I felt like the tucked away on the canal was a better fit for us. It was a great week visiting the beautiful springs!

We had a fantastic three-day stay at Wikiwachee Springs! The experience was unforgettable, especially with the clear-bottom kayaks that allowed us to see the stunning underwater life. We spotted a manatee right by the dock and were thrilled to see more manatees while paddling up the spring.One of the highlights was enjoying the mermaid show on a rainy morning, which turned out to be a delightful way to spend the rainey morning. After that, we were lucky to have two full days of sunshine, perfect for exploring and enjoying the outdoor activities. The fire pit was a wonderful touch, and we loved having a TV projector for music videos in the evenings. Lots of yard games to play with too :)Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious rooms were immaculate, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs. We grilled delicious shish kebabs and steaks, adding to the overall experience.We would definitely return for another stay!
