Riverfront Mansion with Indoor Pool, Private Pond, and Hot Tub on 16 Acre Ranch

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here! Everything you need in the entertainment department is here and you will always have something to do! We were also impressed that so many of the basic necessities you would need are all there. We would definitely go again, highly recommend!

The Searle family were wonderful hosts. Jeremy was super responsive and helpful. The house is great for families, with lots to do inside and out, even if it's just outside the door! Beautiful area, incredibly scenic.

It was a pleasure to bring my extended family back to the Bitteroot Valley to enjoy this incredible Home as well as the adjacent Luxury Cabin. We appreciated being able to book the two adjacent properties to accommodate our really large group. Our stay truly embodied the Montana experience in every way imaginable. The incredible views and wildlife were just what we were hoping to experience. This mansion of a home is even bigger in person than it seems in pictures. We loved being able to spread out with so many different activities inside the home like the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, game room, and theater room. The huge fireplace for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores was incredible! Watching the kids catch trout right in the backyard pond and creek was the cherry on top! We can’t wait to come back! This exquisite home with its exhaustive list of amenities and activities is the perfect place to bring your family and experience all that Montana has to offer.

Everything about this house was amazing. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. There was always something to do. Indoor game room and outdoor games, volleyball in the indoor pool, hot tub, fishing in the pond, swings, fire pit and so much more. The hosts thought of everything and Jeremy was very responsive to any questions we had. Our family made so many beautiful memories on this vacation. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back next year.

This lovely home has something to please everyone. Our family group of 10, ages 6 to 84, was kept comfortable and busy all week. The fishing, swimming, game room and theater room hit the spot. The local area had hikes and activities that were fun. Jeremy was quick to respond to any issues with the house that arose. We loved our vacation in this wonderful home!

This home is wonderful for a multi-generational family get together. The rooms fit us well. The indoor pool was fun for everyone (and the owner was accommodating about the temperature). We put all the outdoor amenities to use, too. We enjoyed 2 movie nights with the adults (and several entertainment sessions with the little ones). This is a great place and everyone said they would love to come again.

This was an absolutely amazing vacation rental, truly a standout experience for our family! We especially loved the variety of onsite activities, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The pond was a huge hit, providing hours of fun with the paddleboard and paddle boat – it was wonderful to have those available right there. And for evening entertainment, the movie room was a fantastic bonus, perfect for family movie nights! The ample space was a huge relief; there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling cramped, whether we were relaxing in the living areas or enjoying quiet time in our bedrooms.The fully functional kitchen was a chef's dream. It genuinely had everything we needed and more to prepare all our meals, from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners, which saved us a lot of money and made meal times so enjoyable.Finally, the host was truly amazing. Their quick and helpful responses to all our inquiries, both before and during our stay, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Having stayed in many vacation homes over the years, we can confidently say this one is easily in our top two experiences! We're already dreaming of our next visit.

This property is beautiful and serene, close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy an extremely peaceful vacation.

The house is even more impressive than the pictures and descriptions. No detail was left out. Well stocked for a great stay: condiments & spices in the fully equipped kitchen, board games, pool toys, even extra swimsuits, books & toys galore for little ones. Most of the bathrooms have double sinks making sharing easy. All but one bathroom has some combo of tub and shower. Blankets to wrap up in on the couch or in the theatre are provided. Toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, qtips are all available if you need them. The activities at the house are non stop and provided hours of fun and activity. Hiking is nearby. Balconies are wonderful for morning coffee and enjoying the scenery. The town of Hamilton has four grocery stores, several outstanding restaurants, Grano, River Rising, En Jalisco, and Naps were favorites and there are art galleries, a great candy store and cute shops everywhere. The farmers market/craft fair on Saturday morning is delightful. Nearby is horseback riding, ATV tours, the Daly Mansion and St. Mary’s Mission to tour. Best of all was the instant and friendly communication with our host Jeremy. From the first encounter he was polite, so friendly and helpful and always responsive. When we had a question he answered immediately. We had the opportunity to meet Jeremy in person and spend some time with him and he was delightful and it felt like we had known him forever. We can’t wait to return & have shared this jewel with other families already.

What an incredible stay! We had a group of women that wanted to get away and we all headed to this home. We had a group of 14 and it was more than comfortable for all of us. The beds were full sized and a little snug to share, but other than that- TONS OF SPACE! We enjoyed the indoor pool, which was pretty warm, the hot tub, the fire pit, the movie room and the games in the game room. This property has every single amenity you’d need and more. I highly recommend this home and so does each and every woman that stayed with us!

This is a beautiful property outside and in! The grounds even in the winter were “warm and welcoming” the house was incredibly beautiful. It was a glorious weekend .

Our family stayed here from December 23-30. We ranged in age from 75 years to 3 months. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The home is spectacular, and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. They provided everything you need and then some. There was something for all of us to enjoy and we didn't feel the need to leave the property. Jeremy and Sara are the consummate hosts. We cannot rate the property high enough. You don't just get a place to stay, you get a home away from home.

We couldn't have found a more perfect place for our gathering. The house & property were beautiful! The owner was super helpful, hospitable & responsive. We were there for almost a week and rarely left the property. The hikes on/near the property were great and falling asleep to the sound of the river each night was incredible! This house is stunning!! More beautiful than the pictures! We had 10 people staying in the house for a family vacation ranging 3-65 and everyone had a blast! Jeremy was great and quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to work with! The house had everything we could think of, books, games, toys etc! We have already talked about going back!

The home, landscaping, and scenery are all gorgeous! We have stayed in Vrbo homes since its beginning. This one is at the top! We always try to leave the home better than we found it but Impossible with this one. Super clean…not a crumb or hair to be found. Kind and trusting owners…not a million rules to follow like most.
