RIVERFRONT, KAYAKS, DOCK, YARD, VIEW, HOT TUB, POOL TABLE, BBQ, 5 STAR

Our family of six including two kids stayed at the river front home for New Year. We had a great time at Lauren's place. The home was very clean and comfortable. It had EVERYTHING we needed for our 4 night stay. We had a good time on the covered deck room in spite of the weather. We used the TV to watch movies, play table tennis, pool and used the fire-table and the hot tub! Our kids loved it. I enjoyed my coffee in the mornings on the deck watching the river. Due to the season (Dec), the river was not accessible (level was high and water was fast). The hosts were quickly accessible when we had questions (I used text messages) but we never saw them (even though they live in the lower apartment). Great place! Great hosts!

The outdoor/indoor porch was perfect to feel like you were outside yet still covered from the rain and sun. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Fabulous location and well maintained, clean and well stocked.The only downside for us was the traffic noise from the road. But other than that we loved the easy access to the river and the kayaks and pool table!

Please be aware that the property owner lives on-site, has surveillance cameras in the yard, and closely monitors guest activity during the stay.Unfortunately, we mistakenly booked this property under the impression it was pet-friendly, as we always filter for pet-friendly listings. My boyfriend and I arrived about 40 minutes after the official check-in time, and within 20 minutes, the owner contacted us to inform us that pets were not allowed. I apologized, double-checked the listing, and even offered to leave. Instead, she suggested I find someone to watch our dogs. It quickly became clear that she had been monitoring our movements, as she referenced specific actions we had taken in the yard. When I expressed discomfort about being watched and asked if she was on the property, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner. We left after under 3 hours. She knew she was in the wrong and refunded one day - She ruined our planned vacation and I was out 1200.Later, she sent photos alleging damage—specifically, dirty carpet—despite the fact that we were there for less than three hours and had not allowed our dogs on the carpet at all.Due to the uncomfortable nature of the interaction and the owner's unprofessional communication, I chose to work directly with VRBO for resolution. I would not recommend this property if you value privacy or a welcoming host.

Our family of four had a great time at Riverscape! The river-front location, with amazing views from the covered deck and the dock, was exactly what we wanted. The house itself offered so many great amenities for us and our kids, including hot tub, ping pong, pool, firepit, outdoor tv for movie nights, and kayaks for daily rides on the river. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and the space was very tidy and clean. We will definitely stay again for future visits to Guernville.

riverscape has already solved the problems you havent thought of.

This is our fifth time staying at Riverscape. So, obviously we love it. Even with the dams not in this summer (so a lower river level) we swam, kayaked, and did all the usual things, other than jumping off the dock. The house is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. The deck is a kid's dream and the dock is large and a great place to spot birds and otters. The house really has everything you need for a fun stay.Thanks Lauren!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation, and especially loved the kayaks, hot tub, and pool table. Also, the gorgeous views and overall fun set up of this lovely vacation home

Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. The view and hot tub and outside seating was comfy. Loved our visit.

Second time staying at Riverscape. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

The home has a lot of amenities and the river access is amazing. Check process was simple and the property owner gave easy and clear instructions.

words cannot express how magical our stay was at Lauren‘s place! It started with the beautiful sign on the chalkboard welcoming us to their home and And how much a son means to their mother and how much a mother means to their son. It could’ve been more perfect. The home is perfection every detail and amenity are so far above and beyond. The grounds and all of the magical touches make it like Disneyland in Guerneville from the beautiful lighthouse and everything that lit up at night to waking up to the most beautiful picture spot on the river, made us Never want to leave. We were actually a bit teary-eyed packing up because we felt so at home because of Lauren and the beautiful home they have created. This is an annual for our family for the rest of our lives. The only place I will stay in Guerneville ever! it is our forever VRBO as long as Lauren will have us. We will be there every year with our boys and our family. My girlfriend and I are both single mothers and we have never felt more relaxed and at peace in our home away from home! I give this place 1,000,000 stars⭐️ And recommend it to everyone who values all the little things and the priceless touches that are everywhere you look! From the beautifully appointed room, the towels rolled on our beds, the amazing bathroom and the unforgettable sunroom where we all shared, great memories and times together! This place is truly magical thank you Lauren for giving us a joy that we have not felt ever at any other VRBO!?❤️

My wife and our friend had a great stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen was adequately supplied. Being right on the Russian River was wonderful, and the set up of the outdoor areas was perfect. There were so may spots on the property to hang out and relax - on the covered balcony overlooking the back yard and river, on the grass in the back yard, on an elevated platform overlooking the river, or on the dock on the river. It was great. Thank you.

Overall great place. Lots of things to do in the yard. Went kayaking one afternoon which was easy from the dock. The dishwasher was worthless since all the jets are clogged up, so we had to hand wash everything. But other than that, it was pretty clean and easy to find and get to. Very relaxing to sit on the deck at night and listen to the birds. Would recommend!
