Nice, comfortable space with well-appointed kitchen. Only heat source is in the livingroom.

This home is very beautiful. You can’t beat the location with the beautiful views to the River and pine trees.Check in and check out were very easy, allowing us to fully relax on this trip.

Property and area were perfect

Took my elderly mom and my kids (8 and 13yo) here for a long weekend. The place was perfect. A backyard for grandma to bask in the sun and access to a canoe and kayaks for me and the kids. We walked to dinner one night and ate in another night. We played cards on the porch and watched a movie at night. The apartment is small but cute and the location right on the water can't be beat! Owner was quick to respond with questions. Wifi was strong if you need to work.

It is a wonderful property with a serene backyard and access to the Russian river. Clean and well equipped. It exceeded our expectations and we plan to come back again.

We stayed here for a weekend event. The home is in the perfect location. Beautiful patio views while BBQing and enjoying the home. It had everything needed in the kitchen and lots of space to sit and eat. The yard below and the dock were nice touches. It was a hot weekend and we enjoyed the swimming in the river and the use of the Kayaks, etc. Kim is an excellent host. She was always available and had the place very clean and ready to stay. We didnt want to leave! I will for sure be booking again.

Perfectly located, right on the river. Close to restaurants and fun things to do. Loved it—we will definitely try to return to this property.

Beautiful deck and yard. Right on the river. Close to redwood forests and to beaches for hiking! E had a great time.

The location, our sweet host Kim and the weather all came together to create a perfect weekend for my birthday.The apartment is well decorated,clean and met our needs as a family of four. Would definitely recommend it!

This property was perfect for our family of three! It has an absolutely awesome location right on the river, is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also close drive to the ocean! Recommend 100%!

Very nice cottage! Front and back yards are beautiful as is the view of the Russian River. 2 nice size bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, super rear deck surrounded by giant redwoods. And, this area is very close to some awesome scenery - from an easy, leisurely drive along the Pacific coast to the Redwood forest and many Sonoma wineries. We had a wonderful time! Bill and Christy

Wonderfully quiet and serene place! The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Right next to the river. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well maintained property. Great to have access to two kayaks and a canoe. Walking distance to the beach and town and the fun Boho Manor. We hope to return!

Totally worth it to stay here. Place is very cute. While the bathroom is small and the houses are close together, the big bedrooms and well appointed kitchen are great. Sitting on the back deck and using the kayaks right from the dock were our favorite parts.

Great river access, many different water craft, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds—really nice sheets, attractive lawn and gardens, nice balcony with river view.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was well taken care of (both lovely and clean) and the location was perfect! We look forward to revisiting as well as recommend this home to friends.
