Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With 3 young teens, this was a perfect place to escape for a long weekend. The house is on the river and sits high above the river bank. Beds are comfortable and the house is layed out well for hanging out at the dining room table, living room or out on the deck. We all also enjoyed the ping pong table and dart board in the basement. The jacuzzi was clean and nice, fluffy towels are provided. The only very small issues we had were not enough silverware (forks and regular knives) - besides that the kitchen was well equipped - we cooked all 3 nights and baked for breakfast and found everything we needed.

Had a wonderful time. The place was great and had a lot of fun on the river. Excellent wi-fi. Pet-friendly. P.S. there were only five forks in the kitchen. Could have used a couple more.

We had a great time at Lily Pad! The perfect location on the river and an easy walk into town. The house is beautiful and the basement offers a great play space for the kids. We plan on making this a regular trip for our family!

Very nice house on the river. we will be renting again next year. Did have a power outage for a few hours, but house was equipped with flash lights and lantern, so no big deal.

We had a wonderful time, making sweet memories with our family. The house is super cute with an amazing backyard and came with kayaks, and it was right on the river, which made it even more magical.

The Lily Pad is magical, and it does not disappoint! Wide open windows, redwoods and the river. Growing up in Sevastopol, my husband and I both felt like he is kids if we could go out to the river for an afternoon. Getting to spend leisurely days on the dock, paddling the kayaks down to Johnson’s Beach for lunch at the snack bar, and watching a little birds in the morning, swoop up and down the river looking for breakfast as we drink our coffee on the dock is heaven. This is the second this is our second time at the Lili pad, and we will definitely be back!

We had such a great time! So much to do on the property and other activities all within walking distance. We had a group of teenage boys and they fished, kayaked, played ping pong, hot tub, and ate all weekend!We had a nice family dinner the last evening. I’m sipping coffee on the dock on the river right now soaking in the last hour of this tranquil place.Thank you, Lily Pad for such a wonderful time!

Wow, the property is stunning and can't wait to come back. Beautifully located close to town, yet sitting on the back deck or the dock has you feeling relaxed.

The property is gorgeous too! Right next to the river, surrounded by trees and a lush green lawn. The house had everything we needed to hunker down and be comfortable but also near restaurants and shops to get out and enjoy a meal. We visited during the winter, but can't wait to return in the summer!

Had a great time living there and exploring the area.The owner has done a great job of stocking the place (kitchen, pantry etc) and actually make it functional. The game room was also quite fun too! I was pleasantly surprised by the checkout procedure. It was the easiest of anything I have experienced in vacation rentals. There was not not much for us to do except take our stuff and lock the door.

This was such a beautiful property in the river. Having a private dock was so nice and the host was very communicative and kind!

We had an amazing stay! The location is ideal. We hung out on the dock and played in the water the entire time. Our kids loved playing frisbee in the backyard and splashing around in the sprinkler. When it was time to eat, we just walked across the bridge. 10/10. Would highly recommend!

Upon first impressions, the house was spacious and inviting. The inside was clean and comfortable, and the back deck had an amazing view of the ridge and two huge redwood trees flanking each side. Our families enjoyed the big open grassy area and the small pool and slide for the kids as well. It was a short drive or walk to the town to grab coffee, groceries, or dinner. A great place for a getaway from the city!
