Riverfront Appleton Home with Pool & Boat Dock!

This clean, freshly renovated property was perfect for a Thanksgiving getaway. We could bird watch on the Fox River in comfort, the kids enjoyed the TV room in the basement, the house was spacious and welcoming. We stayed during a snowstorm, so having access to a garage was definitely a benefit!!

Beautiful home and location!

Lots of room and a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out and I was able to communicate with the owner. The only issue we had was the internet was slow and we were unable to connect the tv to the internet the last day and a half.

We had a great girls' trip to Appleton! The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The pool temperature was always great, and we loved the outdoor space. We brought a pop-up canopy because it got HOT, and there isn't a ton of shade in the yard. We will be back!

The owners have done everything possible to make an amazing space for guests to have a fun, relaxing and enjoyable time. The house is beautiful and spacious. The check-in process was seamless and the kitchen has everything you can imagine if you want to whip up your favorite meal. I cannot wait to book again. Thank you for an amazing stay. TP

We had a wonderful vacation. The pool was great and the beds were comfy. Will be returning when back in the area.

We loved the property. The owners communication was fantastic. All who attended said it exceeeded expectations. Just a wonderful property. Feels like you are in the country, not the city. Exceptionally clean.

This home had beautiful views of the river with the added bonus of beautiful fall colors. It was clean and provided ample space for everyone to relax. The owners were really attentive and check in/check out was a breeze.

Our stay at this rental home in Appleton was absolutely perfect! The house was well-equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfy—everything we needed for a restful family vacation. The location on the water was stunning, and the backyard wildlife, including deer, possum, turkey, and chipmunks, made it feel magical. We even caught fish right from the water! One unforgettable moment was when our future son-in-law proposed to our daughter by the water during family photos. Because of this, the home will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we will definitely be back! For future renters: The house has both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, the icemaker works, and there are plenty of towels, beach towels, pool toys, extra blankets, conditioner, and body wash to get you started. They also provide one roll of paper towel, a few trash bags, and marshmallow roasters for the fire pit. The BBQ is charcoal only, so bring what you need, and don’t forget firewood. We found Ziploc bags handy for leftovers. There are plenty of cooking and baking dishes, and if you plan to fish, bring your own gear. There’s also plenty of space to hang and store clothes. We were fortunate to have family members loan us kayaks, making the river even more fun. If you rent kayaks, be prepared for a short walk down to the river. This home was an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to come back after the wedding!

We were so pleased with this beautiful and spacious property! I was especially looking for a house that had bedrooms on the main floor to accommodate those of us with mobility issues. There are several steps to access the front door but with help my 86 yr old mother was able to navigate them. Once inside, easy-peazy! We had ample room to get ready for our son’s wedding and the photographer even came to get photo’s of him getting ready with his brothers. We enjoyed this property inside and out, including morning sunrise on the dock and watching the deer on the river bank. The house was well stocked and met Our every need. Thank you for thinking of everything and such an easy communication and Check-in. We would highly recommend and give it 5 stars!

Was super nice and relaxing. Loved hanging out in the pool.

This year we decided to skip the family water parks and hotels with pools and opted for a more comfortable and private stay with a pool. This property features an amazing heated pool as the feature to an outstanding patio area that leads right out of the house. The property owners were attentive and caring, more than most we've encountered, truly 5 star service. The house is modern but comfortable, spacious, but cozy. The kitchen is very well appointed with modern appliances and all the cooking equipment you'd routinely need. The basement family room and upstairs living room means that the kids can watch whatever they want while the adults can enjoy their entertainment upstairs or vice versa. The main bedroom is huge with a giant walk in shower en suite, rain shower with multiple shower heads, truly spa-like. For a young family, the laundry room was also a huge plus as it kept us in dry towels during our entire stay, and though this time we didn't have any huge messes, the option to just wash a load of laundry is always nice when traveling with kids.

We enjoyed our stay at the home, beautiful location on the river. Plenty of space and the kids had a great time with the pool. We will be keeping this one on our lists for future trips back to the area. Thanks for hosting us!
