Stayed Mar 21, 2026What a beautiful stay! It was so serene being right on the river and we enjoyed the waterfalls and hot spring a relatively short drive away. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 7, 2026The Madrone house was so cozy and peaceful! It had a big, open view of the North Umpqua River with steep river access right there. The area was quiet, and our host, Randy, provided us with great maps of hiking trails in the area. We wished we could have stayed longer - we’ll be back again!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025This place is amazing. The house itself was clean and comfortable. We were surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. The views were outstanding and access to the river was fairly easy. The country store above the property was outstanding as well. Super nice people all the way around. Would definitely stay here again.
