Stayed Sep 5, 2024This was our best rental experience by far! The place was clean & accommodated all of our family & friends! There were tons of areas at the cabin to hang out & unwind on our short little vacation. We loved the downstairs kitchen/bar area, especially because it had a TV for the kick-off of football season. The cabin was in a gated community making us feel extra safe. There ended up being plenty of parking as well! It had a gorgeous view of the Guadalupe & we feel it was every bit worth the money! We will absolutely be booking here for next summer & cannot wait! 10 out of 10 experience!

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Loved the rental & location. Amenities were good and had all we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting in the top deck for coffee each morning & looking at the river. Only reconditions I would make is that several blinds didn’t work (the piece that turns the blinds was either broke or missing). Also, the property gate was always open which was a concern. One of the reasons we booked this rental was because it was listed as a gated community which was what we wanted with a group of girlfriends.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We just came back from a Guadalupe River trip. The River Road Villas is were we stayed for 4 nights. The river condo was an excellent place to stay. Everything was clean, nice decor throughout both the upstairs and downstairs areas. It had easy access to the river plus there are two river outfitters located on either side of the RR Villas for a river float. I will definitely book again.

Stayed Aug 24, 2023Loved our stay here. We had 14 young adults and had plenty of space! Located right on the river and next door to tube rentals made floating a breeze! Property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again, only critique is the pillows/blankets/sheets on the bed could definitely use an upgrade.

Stayed Aug 31, 2023This is the 2nd time we have booked and stayed at this property. It was just as great as the 1st time! Bambi is an excellent host and super fast communicator. Her property was super clean and very spacious for the 10 of us. Everything that's in the description is what you get. The location can't be beat! Looking forward to my 3rd stay at this property!
