River view home within walking distance of the beach - bikes, grill, and yard

Many things in the house were damaged, not repaired. Water and ice were disconnected from refrigerator. Host interaction was very prompt and helpful.

Perfect location, perfect house!

Loved the house, the location, the amenities … everything was perfect for our blended family vacation!!

We had a lovely visit to Maine with 11 people including 3 young children. The house had adequate space for us to spread out and a beautiful view of the Marsh. The beach was a 10 minute walk, a little long for some of the little ones. Would have been nice to know area parking restrictions as we were ticketed. Bikes were an added plus though a lock would have been helpful as parking can be difficult in town. No beach supplies or games provided so be sure to bring your own. We had a few small issues - Vacasa was very quick to respond to our needs. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful time in Kennebunk and our rental was amazing. Great location near the Gulf of Maine in a very quiet neighborhood.

Barefoot Bliss was fantastic. It fit our group of 10 comfortably with extra space. Great location (you could walk to Kennebunkport, the beach, more). Check in / check off was easy. We would definitely return.

Fantastic location! Few minute walk to beach and beautiful marsh views. 5 minute car ride to downtown attractions. Home has ample space with plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms; could use a bit of updating (carpets and bathrooms) but great living space

We were in town for a family wedding, and this house was a perfect location for us. The house itself was great for our family to hang out during our down-time, and walkable to the beach.

We were there 2 weeks in August and loved every minute. Huge house with many bedrooms and private baths. Large, open kitchen and living area is awesome. Somehow, despite being so close to the beach (5 min walk) this home is very private. Great view of river, nice deck with dinner table and umbrella. Lovely, private back yard. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to Dock Square as well. This place has it all. A gem.

House great for large family. Quiet road. Not far from the beach. Just a mile or so from the town. Boats to go whale watching. Restaurants and shopping.

We especially liked this lovely home's location - beautiful marsh view with occasional deer, ducks, and egrets - and on a quiet street.The home's description was accurate and there was room for all of us comfortably. It was a short walk (10 minutes) to the beach, and the teens enjoyed the longer doable walk to the Kennebunkport shops. You will need to bring your own beach chairs, maybe a cart, and puzzles and games as these are not available at the house.

Location of home is perfect. Walk to the beach and to the village. There was enough room for 6 adults and two children. However, the home needs repairs and Vacasa is not quick to respond. Home has great potential, but REALLY needs repairs and deep cleaning.

The house was everything we could have asked for for a quick weekend away. The listing’s pictures were accurate, as well as the description provided. The location couldn’t be beat, as we walked to downtown Kennebunkport and Gooch’s beach numerous times. The only negative, which didn’t affect our stay that much, was that the trash barrels outside were full before we arrived and the back door was semi broken (which prompted me to communicate with the host to make sure they knew we aren’t liable for such). Besides that, it was a great and easy stay. Vacasa and VRBO made the check in and check out experience smooth and efficient.

House was large, well stocked with cooking essentials, steps from beach and a reasonable walk to town. Had 9 people that all fit comfortably. Would be a 5 star other than property management company (Vacasa) was not responsive to our issues( no room for garbage, TV issues, shower broken, ice maker not working)
