River view & 5 minute walk to downtown!

Wonderful location, lovely river view, beautiful clean home. we loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4.

This is my second time staying here. I will hopefully be returning next year.

This was such a beautiful home, in the mornings I was able to watch the sun rise over a beautiful piece of water front. For my family of six there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep. We had the privilege of watching it snow for a full day and the owner asked if it would be okay to come and shovel. She made sure we were able to get out if we wanted and was very friendly. Shops were right down the road to explore and buy souvenirs. The local grocery store was 3 miles away. I would love to stay here again during the summer and see the difference. Such a beautiful home.

This was our second time staying here and it was wonderful again. The property is clean and well-maintained, the views are gorgeous, and the location is fantastic. We had a slight hiccup where the door code wasn't programmed to the expected number, but I was able to call Terry and get it sorted out right away. We definitely plan to book again!

Everything was perfect

Terry has a great property. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. The morning sun and fresh air were an added bonus. We have been coming to Leavenworth for decades and have stayed many places, this may be our favorite. Thank you again Terry see you next year.

This is a lovely, quiet spot just blocks from downtown. Location is great, the house is spacious and beautiful, and fitted with everything you might need for a weekend away. The back deck is perfect for enjoying the sun and watching the deer graze in the yard. The AC is also wonderful if you’re staying in the summer! Would definitely return.

It was so nice not to have to fuss with parking issues in town as this home was just 5 minutes away walking.It was very quiet and temperature comfortable with the air conditioning.The deck was lovely and had enough seating for us.One of the best stocked kitchens in any previous VRBO’s I’ve been in.Terry the host was so friendly and available for any issues if we needed.The beds were so comfortable and plenty of extra linens and blankets. We could tell this property is well taken care of.

Our stay here was amazing! The location is truly unbeatable. The walk into town was quick and easy, but its far enough away so it's not in town and it was more tucked into a little neighborhood street. We loved the view and spent plenty of time out on the nice back deck. Terry was a fabulous host and answered any questions we had, as well as provided a ton of great info & recommendations for our stay. We came for a fun couples weekend and are already wanting to come back next summer!

Stayed here for a short family vacation. Perfect size for our family of 6. Perfect location to walk into town or down to the park and river. The house and kitchen were very well stocked. Highly recommend going to the Sound of Music at the Ski Hill amphitheater.

We loved our stay here! The back patio overlooks the river and you are a quick 5 minute walk to downtown. The putting course is right by the house. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was great to cook in and had some basic spices, oils, vinegars, etc. In the evenings we spotted deer off the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet but convenient. The porch is pretty toasty in the morning but is shady in the afternoon and all evening! Terry was sweet enough to welcome us inside and make sure we knew all the basics. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ample towels. I appreciated having tea bags in the house to sip on with that view.

Loved this house. It’s 5 min walk to the restaurants and is near the river. It’s updated and was fully stocked. We even got towels for the beach. Terry was a great host. Photos by our toddlers.

We had a great time staying at Quail Run! The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic. It's just far enough from the highway and downtown to be quiet, while still being a short walk. We left our car parked for the weekend (except for a 20-minute drive to a horse ranch) and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I took a couple of work meetings from the deck on Friday and all my coworkers were jealous of the view of the river and the mountains.

We had such a great stay at this amazing home and deserves every 5 star. It was so clean, well stocked, and cozy. We were greeted with a wonderful welcoming basket, which we enjoyed on the patio soaking up the river views. Each room has plenty of blankets and pillows. We also appreciated the handicap accessibility. Short walking distance to downtown and river access. Like the review I read that made me book this amazing place- Just book it, you will not be disappointed!

Home was beautiful and was filled with everything could could ever need. Loved the view, the peacefulness of the setting and the close proximity to town. Everything was in walking distance. Saw the town but spent a lot of time just relaxing as family. Host really cares about her guests.

We've stayed in Leavenworth in the past but never this close to downtown. Being just a few minutes to multiple restaurants like Javelina & Rudloof's was amazing. Using Commercial Street as an access road to both Blackbird Island and downtown was a much quieter and shadier option for those warm days.The home has a mesmerizing view of the river, and it feels even better that the photos suggest.Terry was a super responsive host & wonderful to interact with. We will absolutely be coming back in the future.

The home was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed for our visit, plus so many personal touches. Our host greeted us and helped us with any questions we had. Clean, perfect location and great for our family’s needs. Very handicap accessible which was such a nice bonus.Highly recommend.

A wonderful home just minutes from downtown and Riverfront park. We got to enjoy the wonderful restaurants, lights, and amenities of Downtown Leavenworth while at the same time celebrate winter by wwlking in fresh snow at the Park. We did all our own cooking at the home and we had everything we needed! We will for sure be coming back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful little cabin in a tranquil setting overlooking the river. Beds were comfortable, common areas were light and inviting, everything was clean and very well appointed.

We loved our stay at Terry’s cabin. She was very communicative and welcoming. She made sure the driveway was clear of snow and everything was good. The cabin was very cozy during the snow with the fireplace and conveniently close to be able to walk around town. The river and view behind the property were beautiful. It was the perfect place for my family! The kids enjoyed the snow and building snowmen.

The location is ideal, just a couple blocks from the town square and all of the shops, lights and festivities. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

My husband and I took our mothers to experience the magical town of Leavenworth for the holiday season. This house was everything we wanted and more. The location was excellent, the inside was warm and cozy and the host did an amazing job having everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect. the beds (although king size would be much better) were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, even the soaps were nice. very tasteful decoration with a delicious welcome bottle of wine. Terry thought of everything. The flock of turkeys and the deer were very entertaining. i enjoyed waking up early and gazing out to the river sipping my coffee with the fireplace going and the Christmas tree lit. the very short walk to town is great so we could keep going back and forth when needed.Best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! The location is ideal, offering breathtaking views, and the home itself is simply perfect. Terry has truly thought of everything! We were provided with well-organized instructions for the home and a binder full of useful information and suggestions for exploring Leavenworth. We were fortunate to experience snowfall during our stay, which made for serene moments as we sat and gazed out the picturesque windows. We all agree that we definitely want to return for another stay at this beautiful property.

Fantastic stay! My guest and I enjoyed breathtaking views of the mountain ranges from our deck window each morning as we sipped our coffee. The rooms were immaculate, and the provided essentials covered even the smallest details, including Q-tips, sanitizers, dishwasher pods, and makeup towels. The living room was perfect for watching movies during the fall season. When we were ready to explore, it was a short walk into town or to the nearby trail. Lastly, the host went above and beyond by leaving extra treats for our arrival. I received compliments from my guest for choosing the perfect place, all thanks to Terry. This home is wonderful and cozy, with large windows in the main living room and a wonderful kitchen! The electric firebox in the living room makes it nice and toasty when it’s cool outside. The home has a river view, perfect for morning coffee on the back deck. We were nicely greeted with snacks and good coffee- all of which we devoured! The location was ideal for walking to the main streets for shopping and dining, and not having to worry about finding a parking spot! I do wish the master bedroom had a king sized bed, but the amenities are clearly stated and totally accurate. We enjoyed our weekend, and would love to come back again someday!

We loved our stay in Leavenworth. Terry has such a beautiful home. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities. Within walking distance to downtown Leavenworth was a plus. Had a few questions for Terry and she was always quick to answer. Definitely would stay here again.

Pretty unique spot, it's literally 2 blocks from 'downtown' Leavenworth but somehow also on a pretty quiet property overlooking the river (on the town-side of the river, too). Parked my car in the driveway the evening we arrived and didn't touch it again until we left a few days later, such a plus! 3BR with the downstairs being the master w/attached bath/shower/tub etc, and the upstairs holds 2 bedrooms that are attached via a shared full BR. Great layout, and shout out to the owner Terry who lives nearby and provided great comms and support (not to mention restaurant suggestions)!

My two sisters and I came for the weekend. The house is amazing and in easy walking distance for three 60+ year olds to shops, entertainment, and dining. We didn't want to leave! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could need, there were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets... it was perfect!

Stayed with our two adult children and had a great stay. The house is everything it says in VRBO and more. Loved sitting on back porch looking at deer in yard and the river behind house. House is a in a quiet neighborhood but still a very short walk to town. Close to everything. Very clean and owner thought of everything you may need during your stay. Highly Recommend!!

The house is beautiful. We had black tailed dear come right up to our deck, and were not afraid. A grand view of the river and mountains. The host was welcoming and kind. Highly recommend.

The location of the rental is ideal for downtown Leavenworth. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night, no need to drive. You are located in the heart of the town. Terry was a great host with a sweet welcome gift. Very accommodating and the house was clean. We loved our time traveling to Washington to hit the beautiful trails! Enchantments were truly amazing! Bridal veil falls and lake serene were beautiful as well!

We were 3 couples staying in Leavenworth and had a wonderful time at this house. The kitchen was amazing, very well stocked.We especially enjoyed the deck in the morning before it got hot!! This is an exceptional VRBO. The cabin is beautiful and overlooks the icicle river. The location is a 5 minute walk in to downtown Leavenworth. This was our second stay here. Will definitely return!
