This cabin was in a perfect spot. Steps from the river, peaceful and close to everything Lake City. We love this town. Had so much fun. Matt was very helpful and answered all our questions.
The cabin was beautiful, was not well equipped. No coffee pot,no dish rags, no extra trash bag, when we got there Saturday evening we had to go look for someone to help us find our cabin. The up grade was awesome. But all in all it was a great trip we will always cherish.
House was awesome and host was very helpful and responsive.
Had our family of 7 at the cabin. Had issues with the coffee maker, dishwasher and clothes dryer. Upon contact with management, the issues were all resolved quickly, even on the weekend. Thanks for a fun family experience in a beautiful area.
The cabin was very overpriced for the amenities. The ice maker didn't work and there were no plastic ice trays. The light over the stove didn't work. The TV and internet didn't work. We couldn't find a switch for the disposal. There was no welcome guide with instructions. The river setting was very peaceful though.
We enjoyed our stay. The property is perfect for families and even better if you ride ATVs. We were able to park and ride to the trials or to town.
Three couples stayed here and it was great! Middle bedroom has the least privacy, but with 2 bathrooms, it was not a problem. We loved the two porches, but an access step on the back porch would have been a great cheap add on. The parking is more than adequate for vehicles and OHV's. We had a few requests and they were taken care of shortly. Love the location and on-site management. We always stay at The Texan Resorts!
The property we reserved online was not available and we directed to another property that was very disappointing ... upon discussions with the property manager we were relocated to nicer and more appropriate property to what was reserved.
This was the most poor craftsmanship on the interior of this house. Not enough somewhere for how many people the house slip. Mouse droppings and silverware. No trash bags were left. Employees stayed up late drinking being loud. We will not be back
Renting was easy. Location was good. Cabins are very close together, but low rental season so it was not too busy around the cabin. Chipmunks are everywhere. Make sure to store food in solid containers.
