Stayed Sep 3, 2023This rental was great. Had everything we needed for our 2 week adventure. Plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers and the house was more than roomy for our group of 10. The bed arrangement was a little different than the listing but nothing we couldn't handle and work with. We saw plenty of wildlife just in the yard, which was great. I will say for us southerners (where everyone has to have AC, so never knew places exsisted that didn't have them or would be listed as an amenity if they did) there is no AC so it did get warm in the afternoons but again nothing we couldn't handle, we are from Mississippi so this warm wasn't that horrible. A few more fans would have made it perfect. Overall this house was exactly what we needed and was a great addition to a wonderful trip!

Stayed May 31, 2021This house was perfect for our travel group made up of six adults and three kiddos. It was clean, comfortable and you just can't beat the view from the kitchen, living room and deck. We spent a lot of quality time outside and it was wonderful to be on the deck, overlook the town and see the mountains morning, noon and night. That is just one reason why Lake City is our Happy Place. We did have some issues with the wifi not working well once we got signed in, but that was a small blip in an otherwise very positive experience. Anytime we needed anything, Tannah was available and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
