River Lodge, Large house on the Hopkins River

The property was just perfect we loved our stay there with 9 family members. The only thing it would have been nice to have the owner's phone number so we could speak to her. The top bathroom the shower head basically fell off the first time they turned the tap on. We left a note for the owner so they knew about it.

The house is in a perfect spot, great pool, plenty of rooms and kitchen had EVERYTHING.Great verandas with outdoor seat on each level to take in the view....Fantastic house for group/family with space to mix or chill.

Fantastic property, great value, brilliant views and an abundance of everything you could want to make your stay pleasant.We had a couple of small issues but a phone call to Lorraine fixed all that up. Very responsive friendly and kind.Would definitely recommend for a family or girls weekend away.

Beautiful house with great views

The house had a fantastic view overlooking the river,all the amenities were all in good working condition.We didn't get to use the pool since it was raining.The host was prompt to answer any query or request. A good Holiday home

A great place to relax indulging in nature. A beautiful river with panoramic views looking through the windows. The house accommodates big families and children friendly. Lorraine helped us through in every question that we asked and she was welcoming.

Great Property with ample space for large groups and great outlook.

Overall very good.BBQ was in disrepair and neefs to be replaced.There was no gas in two gas bottles which was very disappointing and inconvenient cooking for eight people.The coffee machine was complex with no instructions on its use.

Thank you for such a wonderful house for our large family Christmas. Plenty of space, lovely pool, river and fishing on the doorstep and everything we needed! The photos don’t do the space justice!!

Large house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large families or groups. Great location in a quiet court overlooking the Hopkins River and a five minute drive to Gateway Plaza. Kitchen was very well appointed and there were numerous living areas to spread out in. We had a great time in the pool.

Apart from the outside bins being full so no where to put our rubbish & Cpl door handles falling off bbq didn’t work not enough bed sheets & towels , The home was FABULOUS!!

Such an amazing place and location for a larger group. Nothing but great memories
