Nice big house with everything you need to have a great time

Big house with plenty of space for large family. The paddleboard, kayaks, the dock with slide, it all got used and was wonderful to have. Wi-fi and all electronics worked well. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We did run low on Toilet Paper, paper towels, and bath towels. Great location - grocery stores nearby and the 4 hour River float ends right before this house! It was really a great spot. :-)

This house was so perfect! Enjoying the beauty of the Rainbow River but truly you dont have to even leave the house. The swimming right there is amazing! They have so many toys / rafts etc. We paddled, floated, and made the best memories! My children cant stop talking about it. I will be booking again and making this an annual tradition for my family! Plus the house has so much space and bathrooms so enjoy it with other families / friends!

We went for my husband’s 50th birthday. Easy check in . We comfortably had 14 people stay at the house. Beautiful house. Great communication. We would definitely rent and stay here again.

The property is very accommodating. Everything you need to float, kayak or paddle board on the river is provided, including life jackets. Everyone in our group (from 19 months to 80 years) enjoyed time in and/on the water! There is a large variety of games and cards available. Kitchen has plenty of silverware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. In addition, there are plenty of reusable water bottles to take on the river, as disposable water bottles are not allowed on the river. There is a coffee station with both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Dining table seats 10 comfortably and two bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a table on the porch that seats 4 and additional seating as well. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. There are plenty of towels provided, extra linens and a washer and dryer. Overall, great accommodations! We enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous location right on the rainbow river. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lots of kayaks and paddle boards for use on the river. Lots of great outdoor seating by the river. Inside the home was very spacious for 7 old golfers. Bedding was good, a/c was effective. Owners were helpful as needed to figure a few things out about the tv and kitchen. Will stay there again soon. Great restaurant, Swampy's, easy walkiing distance.
