Rainbow Springs Retreat - Directly on Main Dive Springs

The only minor complaint we have was that the TV in the room attached to the balcony was not working. We noticed the red was a platoon boat in the property. If it was working it would be a nice to be able to rent it for the day or time spent on the property. The land was amazing. Nice to see fruit trees on the property. The amount of kayaks available for large groups was also nice. Having a couple of double kayaks would be a plus, especially for smaller children who cannot kayak by themselves. Compound style house was a plus. Multiple beds in the rooms for large family is a great idea. The house was is great for large families. We had 12 and we were extremely comfortable. Location on the river was amazing. Very close to downtown Dunnellon.

This is a lovely property in the absolute best location on the river. The host really understands what is needed for a large group. Having 3 refrigerators was great as we brought meals to cook for the entire 4 days. There was plenty of cooking utensils and even a variety of spices and herbs. A handful of my guests traveled on motorcycles, so having kayaks and tubes available for our group was also very much appreciated. You are so close to the state park, KP Hole, the main dive spring, the Gissy Spring creek run, and a cute little cove that you can set up a hammock at. The sleeping arrangements remind me of being in Summer Camp as a kid. I thought it was fun. Also the AC works great so hot sleepers won't be uncomfortable. We were able to bring our boat and pull it up to the property. Everything went smooth and everyone really enjoyed their stay. Thank you, Teri! Your communication was impeccable and we really loved your place! 10/10 would recommend, especially for larger groups.

Perfect place for a family gathering!

Teri was a wonderful host completely available for questions and super friendly. The house was exactly what we wanted it to be, a fun place to be on the river. We gather there as a group of 18 which is so many people to have in one house and it was awesome and there was still room for more. There was plenty of beds, plenty of towels, plenty of kitchen stuff and plenty of outdoor activity and indoor activity stuff.

Easy access to the river. Beautiful! Anything you think you would need in the kitchen was there. Perfect for our family reunion.

We were 11 strong, the kids are no longer ba ies! And we all loved our experience. All the amenities supplied, plenty of towels, blankets, tvs, beds. Bowls for fruit and ceral..it was all there. Shower soap, shampoo, table tennis, smores on the open flame, hambergers on the grills! Tvs in every room, hot water for showers, a desk to spread out our office work..Our family loved it! Kayaking and tubeing..and life vests for everyone. Thak you so much for this Spring Break get away. I couldnt let them go down the rive without me..nature at its best! So grandma went too!

We had a wonderful stay right on Rainbow River. The activities provided by the host home was a huge blessing for our crew. We kayaked, fished, swam, played volleyball. The kitchen had everything we needed. I appreciated how organized the home was. Plenty of towels for everyone. Having access to multiple washer and dryers was very helpful. I hope we can stay again in the future with our family. I highly recommend this house.

Our stay was perfect! The house is laid out in a great way for big groups to feel together and also have their own space. The kitchen had everything I needed to be cooking for a group of 15 with ease. The host was always quick to respond and the property is right on a peaceful part of the river with very easy kayak access and they supplied the kayaks. I plan to stay here again and will make it a yearly rental. I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this place for family functions or things like that.

This property was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 4 children ages 5,6,9 & 10). Very spacious and amenities were perfect for where it is located. Definitely a10 out of 10!

This is the best vacation rental for a large group near the headspring. Property manager readily available for any concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

We wanted a family vacation that would allow us to enjoy not only each other's company but what Rainbow River had to offer. With 9 of us, mostly adults, in our group, it was going to be a challenge to find a house that satisfied everyone. Well, with this house, we did! It was clean, right next to Rainbow River, very nicely equipped kitchen and yet, close to town for those quick supermarket runs. Check in and check out was easy, wifi was actually pretty good and everything we could possibly need to have a good time at the river was provided including floaters, vests, kayaks, etc. Outdoor and indoor games were also plentiful. The toilets flushed, plenty of TP was provided, the beds were comfortable and Teri was very responsive. Next time will be at this place again for sure.

The property was as advertised and more. Everything for an enjoyable time was provided. We enjoyed our stay.

There were 11 of us and plenty of room for everyone plus some. We were all able to comfortably fit in the couches in the living room for movie night, everyone had their own clean bed, and there was more than enough kayaks, games and activities for all of us.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owners were in constant communication and any message I sent them was responded to in a very timely manner. The rooms were large with more beds than we could fill. It has a really neat dynamic with two rooms upstairs and two down. The house is a little dated, but has a great flow and tons of usable space for large groups. The spotlight of this visit was the property. It's very large and has a ton of stuff to do on it. We had a fire at the fire pit, played lots of ping pong and there were also two nets up for volleyball or badminton. They had a ton of kayaks and we used those daily. The location is north of KP hole, so you get a lot less traffic on the river as some other properties that I have stayed at. There is a really nice little beach area at the kayak launch site and once you swim out, there is a spring right there. If you have a large group, family reunion, or just want the perfect location on the river, this is the spot. I will definitely be renting with them again. I have stayed at 4 or 5 different properties on the Rainbow River and this is by far my favorite.
