You can view the river from the upstairs porch or downstairs deck or hang out down by the beautifully landscaped river front. It has constant water in this part of the river. The outdoor kitchen also has a 65' TV, an ice machine, additional fridge, microwave, and stove/oven, and a beverage cooler/fridge. Wi-Fi with a high speed modem will provide you the best access to all your internet needs. This house was built with a massive AC system to provide comfort and relaxation even in the hottest days of a Texas summer heat wave in addition a washer and dryer is also provided. The upstairs deck there is a large sectional on the upstairs porch, large dining table, captains chairs & a bench for seating and on the downstairs deck large round dining table & chairs along with 6 extraordinary captains chairs can be found to provide a variety of relaxations spots. The views from both decks are fantastic, especially since this house is river front! Tube rental and shuttle outfitters are located on both sides of the property. You can enter the river here and exit at a variety of places up and down the river and be returned to the property. The 3 large bathrooms feature huge walk in showers, and over sized bath towels are provided. All pillows, quilts and bed linens are provided for all the beds along with a few throw blankets in living area if needed.
