Welcome to Risky Business #152, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home! This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom seaside oasis is located on beautiful Topsail Beach and offers unparalleled ocean views from every room in the house. Guests will delight in viewing stunning sunrises over the ocean and relaxing evenings on the deck, sipping a cocktail with friends and family to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach. 26 miles of pristine beach is just a few steps from the back door. Accessing the beach couldn't be easier at this property, as you'll have your own private and direct access. Even the family dog will be able to enjoy a trip to the beach at this dog-friendly property (an additional non-refundable fee of $200 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed).


Guests are greeted by three spacious bedrooms on the first level that have direct access to a large deck offering beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The first bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed with en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has two twin-sized beds with an en suite bathroom. At the end of the hall is the master suite, which has a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer located on this level.

As guests make their way upstairs, natural light illuminates the entire living space, making the whole area feel airy and open. The soothing coastal tones and spacious living area are comfortable, and welcoming and offer sprawling oceanfront views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features two comfortable couches, a love seat, and a large, wall-mounted TV, great for cozying up with your family and watching a movie after a day at the beach. A nearby dining table rounds out this open space and provides seating for 8. A fully equipped kitchen includes all the cooking necessities needed for preparing snacks and meals throughout your vacation. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar with seating for 4. There is one bedroom located on this floor, which has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is an additional full sized bathroom on this floor as well.

Leverage all the great local amenities that the Town of Topsail Beach has to offer during your stay. Located only a mile from the heart of the quaint town of Topsail Beach, Risky Business is convenient to tennis and pickleball courts, the playground, and more. The town hosts year-round events, parades, and festivals. Be sure to check out Topsail Beach's iconic skating rink, ice cream shop, Missiles and More Museum, or, listen to a local band perform at one of the many restaurants and bars in the area.

Parking is available in the carport for 6 vehicles. For entertainment, high-speed internet is provided. There are 4 flat screen TVs provided throughout the house. Guests may log in to their streaming accounts on the Roku TVs. There is a pack-n-play available for guest use.

There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place was great (location on the beach, big kitchen with everything you will need, parking, outside hoses/shower for rinse off, interior layout, and lots of TVs,.... beds made when we got there and plenty of bath towels, hand towels provided. I could go on and on...The only nit-pic was that that sliding glass door on the MBR was not operable and the sliding glass doors on the two other first level bedrooms were difficult to open/close. LandMark is/was aware of the problem and had a contractor come out to evaluate it while we there. Everything else functioned well.I highly recommend this place.

On the beach, within walking distance to the sound, and in a quiet neighborhood this house has it all. We vacationed with 4 teenagers and they all enjoyed the close proximity to the water. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The outdoor shower was convenient. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and listening to the ocean. We look forward to staying at Risky Business again!

The kitchen has almost everything you will need in utensils, pans, etc. but no basic spices. Will come back.

The beach on the south end is much wider than in Surf City and North Topsail, which we appreciate. Beds were comfy and linens were included, which a plus! Downside during our stay was the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge were broken. We made do with reusable ice packs for our coolers and bottled water.

The house was clean, fully equipped with all we needed, comfortable and well decorated. This end of the island is the place to be if you like a beautiful, wide stand beach without too many people. Being able to bring our dog was the icing on the cake!
