East Glacier Park, Montana
Originally built in 1928, this historic old Dude Ranch is located approximately 4 miles east of the Continental Divide on the southern edge of Glacier National Park. The ranch spans the South Fork of the Two Medicine River. A perfect, very private location for families and groups looking to spend time together under one roof.

Rising Wolf Ranch is not your average vacation destination. It is even better for those of us who like to stay off the beaten track yet close to a national Park and Montana wilderness. The property is exactly as billed . It is very simple as is the wonderful home-cooked food. We liked it so much that we rebooked in two years. It was a great family adventure. The hosts were very accommodating and opened their beautiful ranch and hearts to our family.
Second stay at RWR. One of the best vacations ever! Such a magical get away for adults and kids. Highly recommend.
We have been returning to Rising Wolf Ranch every other year for the past 12 years and plan to return in 2021. The ranch is a rustic isolated East Glacier location away from the congestion in the Park and we love our time at the ranch.
We had an awesome stay at RWR. The accommodations while not fancy were more than adequate and very comfortable. Chris and Jessie were so welcoming and worked hard to accommodate us and our schedules as we enjoyed as much of Glacier Park possible in a one week stay . Meals were well prepared and tasty. What a treat it was not to cook for the whole week! Great place to stay.
Just attended a Leadership Retreat with 26 people at the Rising Wolf Ranch. This was the best retreat I've ever attended in large part to the ranch and the staff. The staff was excellent, thorough, thoughtful, and accommodating. The food, coffee, meeting spaces, and sleeping rooms were very nice, clean, comfortable, flexible, and exceeded my expectations. The ranch itself is one of the most special places I've ever experienced. The mountains, the river, the plants and animals--it really enhanced our awe, shared experiences, and brought our trainings to another level. Thank you for all your hospitality and for sharing this magical place!
My family had our reunion here for a whole week--greatest vacation/reunion we ever had! We took advantage of the optional cook (Nola) and she was the greatest--made us feel like she was a sister from another mother(she was from the south after all)--she did an absolutely awesome job of feeding our hungry horde :) . The views from the lodge and ranch house were ridiculously beautiful. And it was a comfortable place--If you are all hoity toity, this place isn't for you. Very laid back and comfortable. Creek/river runs very near and Glacier Park within 20 min. If you can not live without technology, this isn't for you either--but it absolutely was the greatest place to spend quality time with loved ones.
