Welcome to this gorgeous house in Yarmouth. Right on the beach, in a gated, highly secured community. With five bedrooms, including a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests will enjoy four bathrooms featuring both bathtubs and showers, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. An additional office space with a comfy sofa bed offers a quiet spot to unwind or catch up on work. The house is designed to keep guests comfortable year-roundwith heating and air conditioning. This fabulous retreat invites you to create lasting memories in Yarmouth. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Yarmouth.

The house is isolated in a small gated community, so there is very little traffic. Our home is Oceanfront, so you can easily be totally isolated from everyone yet still enjoy the beach. We instructed our cleaners to use additional disinfectant and to perform two rounds of cleaning. Although we provide linens you are welcome to bring your own if you want to.

The house
Excellent for one or several families vacationing together. There is one spacious master bedroom suite (king size bed) with an attached room with a trundle bed that sleeps 2 more. Three additional queen bedrooms and one 2 twin beds room. Theres a beautiful, sunny, enclosed porch with an extra dining area and a large patio area with tables and a gas grill.

For your comfort and convenience, the house is equipped with Air Conditioning, a Washer and Dryer, 2 HDTVs, Free Wi-Fi Internet, blankets, lots of beach kids toys. We provide high-quality bedding, linens for a small fee. Wide kitchen equipped with electronics, cookware, cutlery, Keurig, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, etc. Also, we keep for you a variety of beach chairs/umbrellas.

When you are not on the beach, take advantage of the many fun activities this part of the Cape is known for. Enjoy a pleasant walk to all the excitements, shops, and restaurants Hyannis has to offer, sample ice cream (or frozen custard!), learn more about American history in the JFK Museum and Library, pop in to an amusement center for a game, or enjoy dining and music in one of many renowned restaurants on Main Street!

Do not forget about Hyannis Harbor with its deep-sea fishing charter boat, ferries to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard, harbor cruises, parasailing, whale-watching cruises, and much more!

The parking lot on the property is for 4- 5 cars.
