Newly furnished-Enjoy sun drenched days w/ gentle breezes & fragrant salt air

Had a great time and loved being so close to the beach and to town. Walking to the beach was so easy and avoided the significant daily car parking charges at Cape Cod beaches. A/C worked great. Patio, grille and outdoor shower were a treat. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Many thanks.

Home well decorated and well appointed for family of 8. Met all of our playing, hang out, eating, sleeping, and indoor and outdoor needs. Very comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. Can't beat location. Easy walk to beach, and close to restaurants and activities. Can't wait to stay here again!

Cape cod Perfect old charming cape cod cottage with classic old character & newly furnished with comfortable furnishings & all new bedding - love the sunroom which has a view to pond across the street & peak views through the main house trees to …with great sunrise. House comes with plenty of bath & beach towels - shampoo/ conditioner & body wash House is centrally located & short Walking distance to beach -(there is a sidewalk). Just a heads up there stairs are a little steep & there is some mild street noise but didn’t bother any of us.

This 1930's home is beautifully decorated and very close to the beach (we timed it and it took us 5 minutes, even with a toddler walking!) and 5 minute drive to Route 28 which has all the stores and resturants you need. It is an older home and true to its age it has creaky floors and doors, old doorknobs and switches and wood paneling but the beautiful decor and comfortable beds make up for it. We've been home for 3 days and I still miss the king size bed! The home is the guest house but is at the front of the property, right near the street and the backyard overlooks the owners property. The home has a new washer and dryer, dishwasher and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you need to cook along with some super cute mugs, fun bowls and glasses. The linens and towels were very good quality and the AC kept the house nice and cool. We had a very good time on our vacation and enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our short stay in this great old house that is walking distance to the beach. It is an old house so the ceilings are a little low and some of the doors stick but it is furnished and decorated nicely. It was everything we were looking for in a Cape cottage.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Plenty of room for my family of four. Many more could have stayed. It was within walking distance of a nice public beach and close enough to explore the area by car. There are two properties on the lot so at first it was a little confusing about which house we were staying in. Luckily we were able to contact the managers by phone who directed us. We typically enjoy cooking meals as a family on vacation. Although the kitchen had modern appliances and outside was a beautiful Weber grill, there were no basic food items available - salt, seasonings, oil, etc. Everything would have to be purchased. A Krups coffee maker was available but no sugar, creamers, etc. This looked like a new rental so hopefully, property owners make some small adjustments to make the home even nicer.

Spacious home with that “old charm”. Very accommodating and close to nice beaches!

We had a great stay! House is in a nice location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house is older but everything inside was brand new. It’s far enough from the main house that you don’t feel you are staying in someone’s guest house. Would definitely return!
