Ridgedale Roost. The exquisite home on Missionary Ridge.

The house was perfect for our family. Amazing front porch and backyard space that made visiting with extended family a pleasure. Tammy maintains the house so well and is so generous with her private garden which is an amazing place to visit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was exceptionally well stocked.

Ridgedale Roost was such an adorable property. It was well maintained and the decorations were so cute and made it feel like home. It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Chattanooga. Five stars!

This place was great! The host was great also! It was modern, clean and very comfortable! Tammy thought of all kinds of amenities! I would definitely recommend. The area getting there was a little run down but it looked like the area is going through gentrification process.

The house was great as usual but apparently the VRBO app was not working correctly. I would get notification of a message from Tammy but the message was empty.

We had three generations traveling together and our daughters dogs. Home was so cute. Decorated for Christmas was a plus. Single level was important for our older travelers. Home was clean. It had everything we needed.

This was a great little house with everything you could ask for! Loved having the fenced yard for my dogs and feeling like they were just as welcomed as we were! Tammy greeted us shortly after arriving and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Everything was wonderful as always with Tammy’s homes. Check in was simple. The house was very clean and well-stocked. We love the location due to the proximity to McCallie. It’s a transitioning neighborhood that may not be right for everyone, but it’s really just fine. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend staying here! Property was so welcoming with seasonal decorations. Front porch was perfect spot for morning coffee, back patio was awesome for BBQ dinner and fire pit at night, house was clean, well-stocked with essentials. Great for a few meals in and great recommendations for meals out. Tammy takes amazing care of her property.

We were in town for a wedding. This house was close to downtown Chattanooga, where the venue was. Worked out perfectly for my husband, me, daughter & husband, & their baby.

We enjoyed our girls’ trip to this adorable home. It was clean, nicely appointed, and stocked with everything we needed. Added bonus, Miss Tammy was delightful! She has renovated nearly the entire block of cute homes and was responsive and helpful. If you get the chance, be sure to visit with her and get her recommendations for food and activities. We will stay at one of her properties again when we return to the area.

We loved the home for our week long stay in Chattanooga! Everything wanted was there. It was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was great at communicating and sharing her love for the neighborhood! Would stay there again!

The house itself is great- very clean,etc. My only gripe is that the fenced in back yard has no door into it. You have to go out the side door then open a gate to get into the backyard- this makes letting your dog out into the backyard very cumbersome as you have to leash them, then open a gate- and if you wanted to leave them out there a few minutes, you have no way of seeing them unless you just stand in the backyard- so annoying, and made the whole thing a bit useless IMO as far as dogs go. It would be so easy to simply enclose the side door into the fenced area- it was only a few feet away-I have no idea why they did not do that. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but was fine overall.

Tammy's decor was adorable and there was something for everyone, I packed things for our dog that she had available so that was a nice touch. We met Tammy and she was so nice and told us her story of how she became a host. She's a great host and her property is highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived, Tammy was there to greet us and was so kind and accommodating. We immediately felt at home once inside, and the property is well stocked and pet friendly. You are 10 minutes from anything in Chattanooga, and the area is definitely in the process of being gentrified from all the new construction and cool businesses, coffee shops, and restaurants in the area. Tammy has a lot of information from attractions and restaurants on pamphlets and menus in the house. We absolutely loved the house and when in the area would definitely stay again. Five stars all around!

We had a sweet visit to this property. It is a small neighborhood that is very friendly and we had no problems the whole stay. The house was decorated for Christmas and it was very clean and festive. This is a good sized property and our family of 5 had plenty of room. There were even toys for our Granddaughter. We met the property owner who was a delight and made sure of our comfort and asked if we had any problems she could solve! We would definitely recommend this property.

My spouse needed knee surgery, the home is 5 minutes from the hospital. Very convenient location. The house was equipped with everything we needed with an added bonus of a cute front porch. We were there for rest and relaxation . Very quiet neighborhood. Lovely stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this lovely home. Each bedroom had its own style. The home was clean and fresh. Our favorite extra was the big basket of toys. It was like Christmas morning for our granddaughter

Clean, comfy and cozy weekend in our favorite Chattanooga getaway!

We stayed for just a few nights while celebrating my younger sister's wedding. It was a great location to downtown Chattanooga and a 5 minute drive from the rest of the bridal party. It was very cute and filled all of our needs. For sure want to plan a trip to return with our family to celebrate and visit Chattanooga again.

Everything was great and no issues. Located to where we could get to everything easily. Clean and well put together. Very pet friendly.

This was a lovely home and perfect location for our team to stay during a conference downtown Chatanooga! Easy to find and quick access (less than 10 minutes) to the CC. The house is charming and has curbside appeal. The interior was immaculate and decorated with so much local character! Quick communication with the homeowner. Very smooth access to check-in and re-entry. Well-stocked kitchen with all the amenities needed, including extra toiletries! Restaurant suggestions were excellent - Scottie's on the River was delicious! Would most certainly stay here again!

Our families from Indiana and North Carolina came to Chattanooga for quick getaway and loved this cottage! We sat out on the porch and enjoyed coffee in the morning and some wine and whiskey in the afternoon. Its location makes it easy to get to Chattanooga attractions. The host had everything we needed and made it a truly wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time in Chattanooga with family and this property made it even better. It’s probably one of the nicest pet friendly VRBO properties I have ever stayed at. Whether you have kids or pups you will have everything you need. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner lives right on the street and is very invested so she makes sure everything is as it should be. We will absolutely stay at this property or one of her other properties again.
