Sunnyridge Retreat is a modern duplex on The Ridge. This house has everything for your friends or family including an open concept living area and amazing views of the Monashee Mountains and Vernon.

Enter through the custom-made front door to a large entryway. The main floor has an open living room, a large dining room with a fantastic dining room table, and a large upgraded kitchen, it’s the perfect spot for your friends and family. This main floor also has a powder room.
>Walk down a set of stairs, and this is where you will find the three bedrooms and the hot tub.

This deluxe home features a single garage, with room for an additional 2 cars in front.

Bonus: The hot tub is open for the winter and summer season and closed for the shoulder seasons.

Sunnyridge Retreat is a fully equipped duplex with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Special feature: Our unit has a keyless entry (you will be provided the access code prior to arrival). This makes it convenient for you to arrive at any time after check-in time - so if you want to check in late or come a day early arriving late at night - you could make first tracks in the morning.
