Reunion House - Sunday River 10 minutes from South Ridge

Nestled in between Sunday River Ski Resort and the Sunday River Golf Course, The Reunion House provides easy access to all things Sunday River! With slopes, restaurants, bars and year-round events at your fingertips, your next vacation will blend the perfect amount of peace and tranquility with entertainment and recreation.

The accommodating floor plan at The Reunion House offers five bedrooms upstairs and one on the mainlevel. Three bathrooms, large closets and ample storage make this a comfortable home to settle into for the week so that it will feel more like your home away from home and less like you are living out of a suitcase. An over sized mudroom will hold your skis and boots so that you're gear is dry, warm and ready for the next morning. Main level laundry helps in keeping everyone conveniently fresh!

There are two living rooms: one with a fireplace and television and the second with French doors and a television. This makes a great arrangement for multi-family rentals. The open kitchen and dining area is spacious enough to store a week's worth of food so you can cook meals together while you unwind at the end of the day.

The basement offers finished space for playing games and lounging. The spacious yard on a quiet road has enough open lawn area to run and play games in the summer and build snowmen and igloos in the winter. On the back deck there is an outdoor hot tub which accommodates eight people.

The owners have worked hard to make sure this home has everything you need: comfortable mattresses and pillows, soft linens and towels, all standard kitchen items which may seem standard but if you've stayed in an uncomfortable rental house before, you will feel relieved to be here.

The Reunion House has been used as a seasonal rental in the past and is available for nightly and weekly use for the first time this year. Be sure to make reservations well in advance as we're sure it's going to be a popular one! This home is priced very competitively and has a maximum capacity of eighteen people.

Important Notes:

Minimum age: Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.

Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
