REUNION HOUSE: Stunning Crystal Beach Home with Private Pool and Gulf Views!

This was our third stay at this beautiful vacation home in Destin, and it continues to be the highlight of our family trips. We come every other year, and each time we look forward to it like it's our first visit. The location truly can't be beat—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which makes it perfect for families with kids and beach gear in tow. The home is always spotless when we arrive, and we really appreciate how well it's maintained. You can tell the owners take great pride in keeping it welcoming and comfortable. After three visits, it's started to feel like a second home to us, and we already can't wait for the next trip!

Very nice home steps from the beach. Best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a vacation house. Pool was a little small, but it worked for our grandchildren.

Our stay at the Reunion House was Fantastic!! House was very clean and comfortable for our group stay! Beds were a 10!! Lots of room to accommodate for a large party. Walk to the beach was quick and easy…we chose to rent beach chairs. Pool was small but still a nice touch. informative communication and check ins via text during the stay. Would definitely stay again!!

We are all teachers and family brough our family to Destin. The house is great, it was clean and beautiful. The pool light doesn't work so don't worry about the timer on the wall. Also the sliding glass door handle was broken prior to our stay and I reported it. Other than that the stay was really good. The pool is small but the kids and adults enjoyed it. The kitchen is very well equipped with every thing you need plenty of storage space for groceries. We had 16 people and we all stayed perfect with plenty of room.

Property was perfect in every way. Will definitely use it again. Great location.

Exactly as pictured on line & perfect size for our family. Very short walk to the beach. A few things showing wear & tear but overall great amenities. Staff was very quick & friendly to respond regarding an issue with a bed. The only negative is the pool alarm but understand it’s a safety feature. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Reunion House was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The heated pool was nice the kitchen was well equipped to cook a full Turkey dinner. We loved having an ice machine and the rooms were comfortable. We will definitely return!

Reunion House is the perfect house for a family vacation. There is plenty of space in the kitchen and family room. The bedrooms are also spacious and the master is very large. The pool and deck areas were perfect for grilling and pool fun. We also utilized the 3 outdoor front decks. The walk to the beach is very short. The sand and ocean in Destin is amazing. We have stayed at Reunion House twice and love it.

The Reunion House is a beautiful property very conveniently located right across the street from the beach. The amenities are top notch. Reservation process detailed and explained and processed by Diamond Rentals' capable staff.

We stayed at Reunion house 8/17-8/25 with 4 generations of family. We even brought the 11 month old grandchild. It was easy to baby proof all downstairs to let him run around with the family. So in our opinion, that was the cherry on top! The pictures do this home no justice. It was bigger and roomier than expected, great views from the balconies, rooms and bathrooms were immaculate. The ice maker was nifty to have for beach days, plenty of seating. The parking was pretty tight for 4 cars/trucks but we figured it out. Diamond Gulf Rentals service and periodic check ins about our stay was absolutely more than we have ever had before with any other home we have stayed in since 2011. The Happy Stays app had everything I needed for the house. Kitchen stock was great. We had a blast.

18 Sorority Sisters came together after 40 years! This house was perfect for our reunion. Plenty of room. Super close to the beach. The management company was flawless to work with!

Our family had a great week staying at reunion house! It was clean and had plenty of cooking gear, plates, and cups and appliances. The furniture and beds were comfy and the location was great! Very easy check in/check out process also! We had no issues at all!

They don't take time to clean the place in side and out. Broken gate, food on walls, inside hand rails nasty, green mold on deck and house siding. We were there in March checking out the area and things to do with the family. We stopped by the house to see how it looked and the location to the beach. When we seen the green mold on the siding and deck area we asked them if that would be taken care of before we arrived in June. Diamond Rentals assured us that all of that would be power washed within the next few weeks when spring maintenance started. It wasn't. My biggest complaint was they charged me extra for my family of 13 people, when their website states it holds 23 people! When asked why, we were told they give that price so smaller families will inquire and could afford! Not until I reserved the place did they tell me that will be extra for your size family. After fees it added up to over $7,800. And then they sent me a list of what to do before you leave and one of them was wash out the refrigerator!! What did I pay cleaning for?? It is a nice location and COULD be a nice place but it needs new management. DONT rent if Diamond Gulf Rentals is the management company

We rented this home for Memorial Day weekend with 2 other families. The home comfortably fit us all. The proximity to the beach was ideal and the daily umbrella service made it even better. The kids loved being able to splash around in the pool when we needed a beach break. The house had everything we needed. The beds were super also very comfortable!
