Nice redone home, large patio & back yard. Spare rooms were a little small, but my entire family enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful and all of our needs were meet . It was very comfortable and quiet at this location. It was a quick trip to Springfield or Branson. We definitely, enjoyed our time.

Host is amazing, worked with us on our earlier arrival and our late departure. I couldn't say enough about how nice the house was.

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Our daughter lives in the Springfield area and we were so lucky to find this lovely home. The home was so clean and we did not wish for anything. The hostess checked in after our arrival to make sure we didn't need anything and quickly informed us that a landscaper would be on the property while we were there. Thanks for making our visit a great one. We will be back!!

This was the perfect location for our stay in the Springfield area. All the updates were well done. It worked beautifully for our family group in town for a short visit.

This house was fine for what we needed — a place to sleep close to family. I’m not sure I would call it a “retreat” as it’s just a house in a neighbourhood. The backyard is spacious, but there's something that looks like a well cover right in the middle of the yard, and there were what looked to be wires coming out of the top of it (we didn't investigate).The kitchen has reverse osmosis water for drinking, which was a pleasant surprise and not something you find in many rental houses. We found the beds to be some of the most comfortable we've used in VRBO properties. We do not like soft, squishy beds, and these were not that. They were supportive but not hard.The cleanliness of the bathrooms left a bit to be desired. The master bath had a distinct urine smell, and there was visible pink mold in the shower. The other bathroom smelled as well. One of the light switches in one of the bedrooms was broken with a small piece of metal exposed. In order to get the light to turn off, you had to squeeze this piece of metal while sliding the dimmer to the bottom. Touching metal on a light switch is a bit concerning. We didn't really use the kitchen much as we were with family for most of our visit, but there is a Keurig for coffee, and there were plenty of plates and such. Overall, it was fine for our needs, just nothing special.

Stayed with family at Thanksgiving. Beautiful place! Very clean, beds comfortable, has everything in the kitchen needed including a high chair. Would recommend, you won’t be sorry!

The owner had thought of many things that make your stay pleasant. We had all we needed for cooking, games for the kids and comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay at your house. It is very updated and cozy. It was mostly very clean, aside from a bathtub and bath rugs that were dirty. The neighborhood is nice and seemed very safe. We were in close proximity to all our activities and friends we were visiting. Thank you

4 women stayed together at the home for a nearby women's conference. The location was perfect. We made meals in the kitchen and slept well. Comfy, cute, and just as pictured. We'd love to stay here again next year during the conference.

Clean with modern upgrade 3 bedroom house. The house has been completely updated. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice deck with a grill. Open floor plan for great late night conversation. Great location for downtown and COX Medical.

This house was beautiful and exactly as pictured! Lots of space and everything we needed. Great place for anyone!
