Retreat at Saviour Trail, New Mexico for your Reunion or Family get away

We’ve stayed in several areas in and around cloudcroft for years, this home is by far our favorite! The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the peace and quiet is wonderful

Beautiful place to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle. The land was great for the children to explore. The porch and rockers were perfect for coffee in the morning. The picture window and fireplace truly capture the “mountains” feel. Would go back!

The place was amazing. Very clean and had everything needed to have an amazing time with family. Definitely going back.

Comfortable bed, nice and clean - truly enjoyable.

The cabin was cozy and it was well equipped. The live Christmas tree and fireplace made it look so beautiful and like a Christmas card!The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom was freezing because there's no central heating in there, but they have a portable heater and extra blankets. The room took a while to warm up. We were not able to take advantage of the zip line because it was pretty rusted. Overall, I recommend this cabin!

The host maintained good communication and the house was perfect for our needs.

Our stay was beautiful weather, location and wildlife. Very nice home with great kitchen and fireplace. The seclusion is very nice for a getaway!

very cozy and comfortable cabin. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. The location was fantastic, we saw deer in the front field every day and elk as well. We’ve stayed at a number of locations in Cloudcroft and this has been the best we will come back

Very family friendly and pet friendly. The home is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the walks around the property several times a day.

Nice place not too far from places we visited.Peaceful and quiet.We did encountered an unforeseeable problem when the water heater went out.Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Ran to the mountains for a quick long weekend and found a vacation in nature that recharged our batteries. Close to national monuments and an overall charming town. The cabin is as advertised and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

Innkeepers gave us great directions. Property listing is accurate. Not far from White Sands National Park. Beautiful mountain area. The neighbors dog barked most of the night and we could hear that clearly in our cabin. We felt the cabin maybe needed a good cleaning. We would stay again. Plenty of room for grandparents and parents and kids.

Wished we could’ve stayed for longer! Lovely property. Hope to come back again sometime.

We absolutely love staying here! It is perfectly located and we love the space for the kids to play and enjoy! We love getting to see all of the wildlife and enjoy the home feeling of the cabin! The Armstrong’s are great hosts and are always quick to respond! I recommend if you and your family or friends are looking for a get away l, this is the place to go!

This cabin is beautiful and the location is unmatched!! Watching the elk in the meadow every morning while drinking coffee was magical!! The kids loved the treehouse. They had a zip line but we opted not to use it. If you’re looking for a calm and magical place this is it. The only thing we had an issue with was the cleanliness of the cabin. There was hair all over the master bathroom, looked like someone had shaved their beard and never cleaned up after it. The sheets and bedding smelt odd so we washed them before bed and all was good. communication could have been a bit better. Asked the day we got there for the Wi-Fi information and never received a text back the 5 days we were there. I found it under the night stand in one of the smaller rooms on top of the modem. So if you book with them, that’s where it’s hiding aside from those two things it was perfection!! Would stay again in a heart beat!

Cabin was great. Beautiful area. Isolated and quiet. Great trails nearby. Everything worked as advertised. Would gladly stay here again.

Came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was perfect. Loved the space and the house was absolute awesome.

This cabin was an excellent stay for our family of 7. The property was a cozy, lovely place with full amenities. The fridge and kitchen has a rotating pantry and staples fyi. The beds were comfy, the wood burning stove warmed the cabin perfectly, plenty of charming touches throughout. We did come in from ruidoso and gps took us through a very long unpaved route, good to know. Otherwise the home is a perfect getaway!

This was a beautiful property absolutely peaceful. Home felt like a home very comfortable, and hosts were amazing super sweet. Will definitely return!

We really loved our stay at the cabin. It was very cozy, clean, and cute. With beautiful views and quiet soroundings. It had everything we needed and more. The host was very attentive and helpful. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at this property to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son who works in Carlsbad. Coming from Colorado the location was gorgeous with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. We were visited by turkeys, deer and elk during our stay and being able to have our dogs along was the reason behind using VRBO vs a hotel. Thanks to great communication with Rusty our trip was absolutely amazing.

We love the location of this cabin and it is very cozy and comfortable. We were able to ride our side by side right from the cabin every day and enjoyed the view from the large glass window. Loved sitting on the porch every morning just looking at the scenery. We love staying at this cabin.

For sure we will return. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed, great mountain view. Our family enjoyed a lot and will return here each time we come to Cloudcroft.

We came Cloudcroft to spread my MIL’s ashes on the 1 year anniversary of her passing. The whole family came up and everyone got their own place to stay. We were wanting to get together and have a cookout the night before and none of the other host would allow many people. I contacted our host and they said that would be fine. Our house was the favorite of everyone’s. We all went on a hike through the beautiful mountain woods. The kids played frisbee while hotdogs were being cooked and it was just an overall great experience and the hosts were amazing. The house was beautiful, clean, and so cozy. My favorite part was the big front porch with rocking chairs and the huge window in the living area looking out into the woods and being able to watch the many hummingbirds flying up to the feeder. I would definitely love to come back and stay here again.

Nice place. Beautiful view. We saw deer in the morning. The pool table is in an unfinished basement and there was no pool as listed in profile.
