Eclectic Home w/ Deck: 4 Miles to Ski Cloudcroft!

Loved our stay. Very clean and wonderfully stocked. The property was “unique” in a wacky but fun way. Location was perfect- close to the village but nice and quiet.

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful

We said we would come back to this property, and we did! Lots of space for our family of 4, and the kitchen is well stocked.

Had everything we needed for a few nights away! Look forward to staying again!

The “townhome” was great! The décor was definitely eclectic and it was very comfortable and clean. The floorplan was great for my husband and me and our adult son. He had his own bedroom and bath and we had our space upstairs. The only thing is, I thought it was a stand alone home with a deck looking over the beautiful mountains. It was a townhome with a deck looking at other townhomes. For the price, it was great! Way better than staying in a hotel.

We loved the condo! The check in process was very easy. The kitchen was nice. The bedrooms & bathrooms were very spacious. We enjoyed having the snacks. Evolve did a great job communicating to usThe only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was due to the shower in the upstairs bathroom. The shower head desperately needs to be replaced, the water barely trickled out.

This is my second stay in this property. The cleanness was excellent. I will probably stay next year if the price doesn't go up again.

This condo is very spacious and clean. The condo was decorated with bright colors that were cheerful and welcoming. Plenty of towels and all types of cookware and dishes. The only concern was a lack of screens on windows and doors that would allow a good airflow through the condo. The upstairs room was very warm throughout the day and night.

Lovely property. Very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Close to trails. I was traveling with my 91 year-old Mom. Worked out nicely to have one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs for eady access for her.

We were very pleased with our accommodations! Very clean and well put together decor. Everything we needed and more. Hope to stay there again in the future.

This was my first visit to Cloudcroft, it's a beautiful and peaceful area. I enjoyed the house, it was very comfortable.

Staying in this townhome was truly a joy. Its layout, with its upstairs bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area in addition to the first floor bedroom and adjoining bathroom, provided my friend and I plenty of room and privacy when desired. I was most impressed with how quiet this corner of Cloudcroft is. It made for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Thanks!

We were in Cloudcroft visiting friends and this condo was perfect for us. Everything you need is provided in kitchen and it was very clean. We will be back and will rent this place again!!

It’s a thoughtfully designed space, and we all felt the warmth and welcoming atmosphere when we walked in. We slept well, played games around the table, and enjoyed the comfy sofas for watching TV. Loved the kitchen! Wonderful architectural touches. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay over the week of Thanksgiving at this cozy home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Kitchen was well thought out and had everything needed for us to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone we saw was very friendly.

My family and I had a great time at this condo. It was quiet, well stocked, clean, and in a great neighborhood close to the center of Cloudcroft. This was our first vrbo rental, and we hope to come back.

I went back home to NM for a memorial service. I haven’t lived in NM for 28 years. This property was filled with the colors of my NM home. I felt very welcomed. All of the extra’s were provided: coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry soap, ziplock bags and more. I will use this property again.
