Stayed Nov 26, 2025Everything was great. The property accommodated our group of 21 easily. Everyone particularly enjoyed the blackjack table in the game room and the hot tub outside. When we flipped a breaker the host communicated with us quickly and had us back up and running without delay. Will definitely be back

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Our stay was a wonderful experience. Had trouble with the hot tub and the jets didn’t work in the tub in master bedroom. Just some little things. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it for family reunions. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the activities in the big tent.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025What a cool location! This was perfect for our group of five families with kids ranging from 5-17. The grounds are sprawling enough for kids to run around without worrying about disturbing neighbors, and we loved having access to the pool, pickleball, etc. Just a quick drive to San Marcos and New Braunfels recreation areas.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Lovely, secluded, private location in the hill country not far from interstate 35. Nicely maintained. Plenty of room for my family of 29 including adults and children. Check in time was a later than originally stated, but owner was very accommodating.

Stayed Mar 8, 2024We were a group little more than 30 people and the property was nice but the interior seemed like old fashioned. Nice place to hang out with large group and had a good time overall. Pros: Good outside scenic views. Nice places to take pictures. Very spacious outside. Nice place for kids/adults to play next to the guest house. Very fast response communication from the supervisor. Cons: The bigger stove burner in the kitchen didn't work and the maintenance staff were not able to fix it and we had to be there without that burner. Saw a mouse multiple times just roaming around inside the house and the glass area above the kitchen. Called the supervisor and they came and put some mouse traps too but of no use. The grill near the pool was not cleaned properly. The trash bags were not sufficient for our group. There were a couple of neighbor's dogs that showed up on the property and eventually the maintenance staff and the dog owners stopped by to take the dogs away.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023We had a wonderful holiday here. It’s such a beautiful setting and very safe. The children could just roam the property and play. Huge tent where we played pickle ball. Great for a large group! We would definitely come back!

Stayed Jul 7, 2023The house setup was ideal for us and our 3 grown children and their families. We made good use of the casita for one of the families and the rest of us fit comfortably in the house, With the games, pool, and pickleball court, there were ample activities to keep people of all ages occupied. The location near all of the outdoor activities and restaurants in New Braunfels was ideal. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Stayed May 21, 2023We took a group of high school seniors down for a graduation trip. We had both houses full of kids! They had a blast! The houses are both beautifully kept! They had everything we needed for our large group. So easy to communicate with owners for any questions we had. We will definitely be booking again!
